Negative experience: Trying to rip off the tenants by sustainable amount of cleaning fee. No out going inspection report. No open market quotation for cleaning. Cooperate with Chinese cleaners to rip off tenants. No break down cost of any invoice being issued to tenants. Highly not recommended this agent.

Negative experience: The worst realestate ever. Took them 2.5months to fix a shower drain, with a 2.5 household (2 adults and 1 baby) we won tribunal and now are taking their sweet time finding new tenants. Message me if you want more proof.
