Maren however has been a stand out from the get go; she responded to our enquiries straight away, (even in an extremely competitive rental market) took time at the open inspection to talk to many applicants and when she chose the right applicant (naturally it was us ) she has been nothing but welcoming, professional and kind to us. From the outset they did considerably more than a simple sales agent might, as they managed some fairly extensive refurbishments that needed to happen to the house first.
