Negative experience: I was looking to rent a place, upon finding one Sally th e agent convinced me that the place is too small for me and i will not be able to live in that property - not professional at all. As soon as i made the deposit, in a fraction of second i called them to advice them i am not proceeding. They told me its my bad. Extremely rude and Chris from finance team wasnt not friendly either. Extremely disappointed. Its not about my deposit- its the way they held this situation. Highly not recommended.

Applied for a property as a potential tenant and the agent responsible was Christopher. Got no acknowledgment that the application was received, got no notification that the property has been leased and that the application was not approved, unless followed up. The least you expect from a professional real estate agent is to be informed. None of my referrals got contacted and to be honest I am not even sure if my application was looked into, processed and presented to the owner

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate all support given by Brijesh. He is legend of his field and carries outstanding knowledge for property market. He is very supportive and polite towards our each and every query regarding property. I never felt any hesitation for asking him about even a small matter talk. Addition to that, Brijesh had always guided about transparent process of auction and paperwork. He is impressive for his role as a bridge between vendor and buyer.

Negative experience: 這個仲介真的種族歧視，如果你是亞洲人，並且是租房子不是買房子，他們幾句話就會把你趕走，門都不會讓你進，哪怕是下午一點，他們也會說今天關門了，租房申請四個星期不會給你任何消息，無論你從多遠的地方開車過去仲介問他，還是在電話、郵件裡面問他，他都是什麼都不說，也不會拒絕你，只是讓你等，我寫了一份申請，很多星期沒有任何回覆，(我在五月份就開始申請，直到今天也沒有任何答覆)，去過仲介很多次，每一次都是在門口他們就說關門了不讓你進去，無論我是下午四點，兩點還是一點，他永遠跟你說這裡Closed你不能進，我要問結果也永遠是讓你等，開車距離city往返四十分鐘，他十秒就能把你趕走，不會告訴你任何消息。其實你們仲介不讓進去也他媽的無所謂，我只希望你如果把人拒絕了，你最起碼能告訴對方，別讓對方一直等，好像個備胎。別他媽的喜歡中國人的錢卻不喜歡中國人。

Negative experience: Very poor customer service from Brijesh and Paul .A contract was meant to be signed between all parties as agreed and the agent without any notice sold the property to another party from under my feet which was very unprofessional & unethical. I highly recommend that nobody does any business with this company based on my bad experience.
