I purchased the property in the CBD from him and sold it 4 years later, also through him. Guy was able to get me an excellent price, he organised the Conveyancer and has always been available. Fantastic experience: As an interstate property owner it is important to have a property manager that will go that extra mile for you. Turner Real Estate is that management team. We recently updated our property and without the assistance and dedication by our property manager to project manage the update for us the update would not have gone as smoothly as it did, which negated having to make an interstate trip to oversee the project myself. Positive experience: Service during tenancy wasn't bad but upon decision to sell it was terrible - no help with how to end tenancy even though it was a good opportunity for them to get more business by offering to sell. Then got final reimbursements incorrect and despite them making a mistake, they charged additional invoicing fees whilst fixing their error.

Fantastic experience: I've been renting through agent Jane McCoy at Turner RE for 5+ years now & I'm very happy with the service provided. They definitely recognise good tenants and like to keep them. Rent increases are needed to cover increase in costs, however it's very much appreciated they're not substantial. Maybe the small increases are a way of keeping good tenants that look after the landlords property? When maintenance is required their portal works great and are always prioritised accordingly. Fantastic experience: First time applying for a property as a tenant with Turner RE. Having been a Property Manager for nearly 30 years I had been appalled at the lack of response from some other agents when making enquiries (for example I left 5 messages with general enquiries for one Property Manager over an 8 day period and not one call returned until they wanted to approve our application). However, Emma was easy to reach, responded to an email enquiry on a non work day and was very approachable. It was refreshing. Paperwork, approval, bond payment, Inspection Report and the presentation of the property when we took possession were all exemplary. I understand it is a property owner's market, more demand than supply at the moment, and maybe some Property Managers don't have to work hard to find tenants. That should not result in poor service and with Emma it was certainly not the case. Would highly recommend her and the company. Full disclosure: I previously worked at Turner RE. This probably made my expectations of all property management companies quite high. I was disappointed to discover just how poor some of the service out there could be. It was nice to see they still do it well. I did not work with Emma or know her at all before applying for this property.
