Negative experience: Warning: Scammers! I rented a house at 11 Filmer Avenue, Para Hills, for $550 per week in October 2023. The house was very old and in poor condition, but they promised to fix everything. I discovered that the kitchen floor was damaged, and the plumbing was in terrible condition. Every morning, I woke up to find cockroaches in the kitchen. The oven wasn’t working, and the bathroom was in bad shape, with the floor cracking frequently. I called them countless times, but each time, they transferred me to the landlord. The landlord refused to do anything, claiming that the agency was responsible for maintenance. They sent the plumber once and and didn't fix anything. Eventually, I lost hope and decided to look for another house. When I moved out, I requested my bond back, only to find that the landlord wanted to deduct $1,925 out of my $2,200 bond for gardening. When I confronted the agency, they told me they made the claim based on the landlord’s request. Updates: I won the case against WEMARK. They sent a representative to SACAT to take any amount of money from the bond and the judge immediately noticed that they are scamers and refused their application. Beware guys because they will try to make a fraud to you.

Negative experience: Be careful again of scamers: I have put a post before about 11 Filmer ave, please see it. Regarding 11 Filmer Ave, Para Hills — although the agency claimed that the landlord wanted the whole bond for gardening, they actually sent a representative to SACAT to try and take the entire bond or any part from it. Luckily, the judge saw through their actions and recognized the scam. I won the case and got my full bond back. Thank God the legal system in this country is fair.

Negative experience: They have the worst service they think they have houses so they can play around with people the way they want. Took me to court for non payments without due time even the court rejected the case after that when we left and asked for bond return the agent parm had the audacity to tell me that my bad situation is me to be blamed for i dont know who gave him the right to judge my situation and they even disclosed my personal and financial situation to my comunity members which is obviously a breach but thats what they are controling the rental crisis and bullying people like us

Fantastic experience: Great place for manage your properties!!

Negative experience: I have had the worst experience in a lifetime with Param(Real Estate Agent). My friends and I approached him for a consultation for a home and land package/built home/land only. He stated he will only be able to help us further if we deposit $2000 each with him- did not disclose any information to the full extent that if we bought from another agent this money would not be refunded. My friends and I chased after him for about 4 months, we were in a hurry to buy so we started exploring other options. Initially Param had told us he was fine with us approaching other agents. We bought individual houses and approached Param to refund us the $2000 each- he has lied to us that he will refund the money then stated he needed some signatures from us on some random forms again- and has not answered our calls or replied to our messages to give us even an explanation as to why he conned us for $2000 each (makes $4000). Highly unprofessional, very bad communication with clients- and NO transparency!
