Positive experience: I live in Gilles Plains, My health and well-being and life is in jeopardy due to another Tennant who allowed a female to make a accusation/ allegation about me that is false and now there is a vigilante group after me and the neighbour is involved. There is no secruity cameras installed or a fence at the back were the clothes line is i have lost sleep and in stress and worry. The police won't do any thing until an offence has been committed by then it will be to late. I have reported it to our property manager and he had instructed me that there is nothing he or LJ hooker can do about it. They do not seem to have their residents best interests and safety at heart they only seem concerned with getting the rent money that's all.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with their property management section. We had a property under management for 4 years and found through that period there was a constant churn of property managers - with no continuity of handover. Emails were often not responded to and on one issue I simply gave up. Inspection reports had copy and paste info from a previous reporting period where we know we had fixed issues. We also found out that when exiting they couldn't explain their own accounting system and we needed to reconstruct the tenant's payments for the previous years or two to work out if the tenant's payments were up to date. We also found that the tenant's bond was still in the previous owner's name. So, a less than ideal story to hear at the end of a 4-year arrangement.

Negative experience: I've tried contacting this agent (Troy) and his office in regards to a property for sale, doesn't return phone calls and office staff clueless. Clearly not interested in an easy sale on a very remote property. Wouldn't recommend or contact this company every again.
