Fantastic experience: I've been a tenant in one of the properties managed my Claire Bird for the last year. She's been exceptional with communication! The maintenance we have reported has been dealt with in a way to ensure the quality of the home has not waned - a real advantage for a property owner, I believe, to get their home back in the condition that they originally let it... not the condition of it being "let go". All inspections were thorough and notified well in advance. I really felt my space was respected throughout my tenancy. When anyone says "the property I'm applying for is with Claire", I am quick to assure them that she's professional and a good person all round! 10/10!
