Fantastic experience: Have rented a property through Absolute for 8 months now. Sophie Herschell has been our property manager and the best property manager I have dealt with in past 30 years. Sophie responds immediately to any property or maintenance issues and is always professional and congenial. She makes tennants feel comfortable reporting any issues before they become real problems. I have no hesitation in recommending Sophie and Absolute.

Fantastic experience: We rented a large property that was new to the Absolute portfolio. We loved the house but it came with a few of its own issues. All of them were dealt with promptly and with plenty of communication from Sophie. Sophie was always easy to reach and happy to help. The place was fantastic and the handover at the end of the tenancy was handled as good as I’ve ever experienced. I am happy to say that Sophie and the team provided the best experience I have had as a renter and I would definitely look for their managed properties in the future. They have set a standard that, in reality, should be standard. Balancing the needs of the owners, the real estate and the tenants is really what we all want - Sophie and Absolute NT deliver this.

Positive experience: Overall, Absolute is a good real estate company that fixed all maintenance issues promptly. While there were some issues with miscommunication towards the end of the lease, Shannyn was there to sort them out and make sure the transition was smooth.
