At present I have a rental property and is well taken care of by Amanda. All aspects of the property are actioned with a minimum of fuss with reports well documented. Her vast contacts and efficiency with her research has recently resolved a complicated issue (within a week) that was not resolved by previous property manager which had prolonged for over a year. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend an RE any higher in Darwin. I was looked after SO well by Lee-Ann, Amanda and the team for several years as a tenant and they always went above and beyond for me. Always prompt responses and solutions. That’s why I had to choose them when I became a homeowner. I had to ‘dump and run’ a property on them, handing them keys to a property they did an incredible job with to get on the rental market.
