Fantastic experience: My experience with T. G. Newton was nothing short of wonderful - I was lucky enough to have Yolanda and then Melanie as my property manager's and they were both amazing to deal with! Their communication was great, they were efficient, understanding and professional.

I’ve been with her for a few years now (even followed her from previous businesses) She is genuine, friendly and has her client’s interests at heart at all times. Fantastic experience: Our property manager, Tanya Kilpatrick, has helped us resolve all the issues we encountered regarding the property, especially in special situations such as dealing with neighbor-invested tenants and property losses. She actively assists me in communication and coordination. With her presence, even though we are far away in Sydney, we have great confidence in our house in Hobart. We are grateful for her dedication to managing our property.
