Fantastic experience: I use Bowman's Real Estate to manage my rental property and they have been working with me for 8 years. After painting and modernizing my rental property, Michelle from Bowman's, was tasked with letting the property. During the renovations work, the Bowman's team were able to advise on areas of the property to work on to ensure the property attracts quality applicants and is comfortable to live in. Michelle then spent the time to inform me of the marketing strategies to gain the best tenant to fit the property. After a very short time of the property being ready for tenants, Michelle was able to call me and advise that they had found a tenant. I was impressed that Bowman's were able find a suitable tenant, process all the checks and paperwork, then have the tenant ready to move in a short period!

As I was moving from Sydney due to job relocation and had not been able to inspect the property face to face, Jenna arranged for an online inspection which also made the whole moving process very smoothy. She was able to provide timely information and answer any questions I had. The property itself is very lovely and the full home furnishings just need to be picked up to move in is what made me feel very at home in Griffith right away. I would not hesitate to recommend Jenna at B&G.

Negative experience: I did have very bad experiences with this estate agent and this bad experiences were discussed but nothing improve! Wish it was! Examples: ignored emails or return phone calls (Only good at the start, however, once you signed up with them….treatment will be completely different). If they happened to reply to my email, it has to be on a new or separate email, not reply via original one, so that tracing would be difficult. Further, can not remember I’ve seen any condition report for my property during my time were there, even when “asked” for one! As a result, my house was in a messed up and trashed by tenants. Whether, agent not checked the house regularly or they checked but not telling landlord!?? Rent payment, on a couple of occasions, late by about 1-2 weeks and sometimes, I had to chase up. They could’ve done better!

Fantastic experience: The؜ Bowmans Team exemplify customer service I was desperately looking for a management agency a few months ago and came across Bowmans. And thank the lord I did. Jenna, Michelle and Maxine have been absolute life savers for me. Over the past few months, I've had major renovations happening across two of my units and they've been so supportive in coordinating getting the work done. As of two weeks ago, one of them got rented to these two wonderful ladies, which has helped so much from a cash flow perspective. They're kind, intelligent and have great communication skills which has made this rather stressful process, less so. I appreciate everything they've done and hope to be with them for the foreseeable future.

Negative experience: On behalf of family "experiences", it is NOT a good Real Estate to deal with in Griffith. It's either No Response or Very Slow Response (+-2 weeks) Every single one of them! Hopefully, they'll improve after reading this feed back, otherwise it is just a very poor quality service and a very poor value.
