These agents are well organised and very experienced. They managed the agent contract, preparation of the property, marketing, open houses, communication with solicitor and vendor and sale negotiations in an efficient and positive manner and were happy to assist at any time during the selling process. Fantastic experience: Above͏ and beyond Tina was so approachable, friendly, understanding of our needs and situation and extremely helpful. Always kept us informed, responded as quickly as possible with requests for information, understood the market, vendor and purchaser constraints, worked very hard on this sale, went out of her way to make things happen and provide suggestions and options in case the sale didn't go through for us. From rapidly organising the pest and building inspection on our behalf, providing Council documents to personally changing the light bulb above the range hood identified in the inspection report, confirming some other minor issues would be organised and rectified before settlement and moving in, and providing suggestions for future handyman and pest management options, I cannot give a high enough recommendation and rating of Tina and Elders Alstonville as a team. Tina followed up with all parties to make sure the contracts were signed and exchanged as we hoped and communicated professionally with the vendor and me to discuss out of contract item inclusion and purchases. Thank you Tina, Troy, Bek and the whole team at Elders Alstonville!

I then rented the place through them, and had every confidence they'd get the right tenants and ensure the property was well-looked after and that both tenants and landlord were happy. Negative experience: Not the most delightful experience

Negative experience: BEWARE.... I am a property owner that got badly treated. I don't live in the area and rely on their honesty- seems they don't have any. So I decided to sell my unit with another agent as they had better fees. I was told in an email by Declan that the unit was clean and ready for the open home. Silly me believed him. The new agent at the open home sent me some pictures that the unit was dirty and the tenant didn't clean. I promptly emailed Declan and asked him about it and wanted the outgoing report and why he told me it was clean! He didn't have a report and said that dirt was "wear and tear." Lol. and he returned the bond to the tenant. My mum attended the open home and she told me about the dirt also. So I spoke to Krysti the team manager who was equally as unhelpful, wanting my family to run around for them getting keys etc. I told her that we are not going to do her job for her and for her to organise it as it's their fault. They stopped answering emails and just write me off. They seem to have trouble with conflict management. Also I was renting out the unit for well under what it was worth. Needed to prompt them to raise rent etc as they won't do it otherwise. So after 5 years of being with this company, this is how I am treated. Disgusting. Currently making a complaint with Fair trading. Photos attached with how "clean" the unit was. Elders, I want you to pay for a clean. Only fair.

Fantastic experience: Amazing agency and management Really wonderful experience with Elders and the team there. Only ended sadly due to the floods. I cannot recommend them enough. They were prompt with repairs, always kind and courteous, and the way they handled the recent tragic flooding situation was above and beyond. Definitely would rent with them again if I come back to the northern rivers.

Fantastic experience: Excellent attention and helpful manner. Bek was very knowledgeable and pleasant when I first viewed the house. Troy and Bek have both been extremely helpful and have acted propmptly on any requests I have had. Troy has obtained information and made sure the appliances in our new house are all working. Even getting an electrician to fix the stove switch that was not working. I've been happy that the process has gone so smoothly.

Their management of rentals are one of the best we have worked with and payments are always on time and rental statements received on time and clearly defined. Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Troy McRae at Elders in Alstonville since October 1998. So it was only obvious to stick with someone that I knew so well. My 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom property with an unusual layout and large trees on a large block, with a dual occupancy, sharing the same hot water CL2 electricity meter, it was going to take longer than usual to sell. I was not in a hurry and being in my 80th year was just getting my assets slowly in order. With a limited number of buyers it did take several months. Covid 19 came to my aid though with the huge increase in sale prices due to the exodus of buyers fleeing capital cities. Settlement went like clockwork last Tuesday 16 February 2021 with Jensens Solicitors from Lennox Head working hand in hand with Troy and Bec at Elders in Alstonville. Even the rates and water charges were paid at settlement. Which I suppose is normal, but it made me more stress free.

Fantastic experience: Troy, Bec and the team are outstanding. They helped myself and my mother manage my rental over 3 years then sell the house when mum wanted to down size. I would not use anyone else while Troy and Kristy are running Elders at Alstonville. Thank you so much for everything you have done to help me over the years.

Fantastic experience: Best in the Business, Reliable and Efficient From our first contact with Jack we knew we had found the right person to sell the house. His knowledge and experience of the market was accurate and invaluable for us to make a hard decision under the circumstances we were dealing with.
