Negative experience: One star is too much to give. All went well when we initially signed up as landlords. The minute we wanted to sell the property with someone else they gave us next to no service. Was all about the tenant. No property inspection was ever taken out after 3 months and we still haven’t received the final inspection. We weren’t kept in the loop during the whole process and when we asked certain questions there were long silences with no answer.

Fantastic experience: I've been in the real estate game for nearly 20 years now and these guys are one of the best management teams I have dealt with. There is more communication from them than other managers. They use the Ailo app, it took me awhile to get used to it but this app makes life a lot easier come tax time where I can print out all my costs and receipts at once. Scott, Danielle and Alycia have done a great job in managing my property. Highly recommended

Negative experience: Treats clients property like their own personal rubbish bin, ignores and disregards basic written instructions. I would avoid these dodgy operators at all costs, if you are lucky they will only dump rubbish on your property, but i would imagine their shenanigans get much worse!

Fantastic experience: We met Scott when looking to buy, we were ready to sell and he was very interested in our plans, we found him to be very personable, and he explained the current market trend and suggested houses we should consider and to take the risk of making higher offers for the house we wanted, he then inspected our house and found it to be in his words "Photo Ready, and indicated a reasonable price we could achieve for our house, we found a house and he put ours on the market, ours sold the first open well above our expected price range and exceeding the price of our new home, he did an amazing job, but most of all he treated you as a friend and he was honest and very approachable, he really did work for us and we are very grateful for is service which went beyond that of just a sales person, we were very lucky to have crossed paths with him we only briefly spoke with Luke he mainly kept us up to date with our offers on the 2 houses of our choice, we found him to be very friendly and informative, however Scott was our salesman who handled our house

Negative experience: Decided to break the lease and take the hit because our experience was so terrible. A Lack of professionalism and empathy in a time when rentals are in high demand and competitive. My partner and I were successful in securing a lease under Ray White Morphett Vale. Not long after moving in and going through the in-going inspection we found the house was filthy with dead bugs and grease through the kitchen cupboards and mold through the bathroom. Upon mentioning this we had a reply "Yes we did notice that". We asked if we could get a cleaner organized before we move our possessions into the house again only to be given a poor response of not having enough time to organize a cleaner before they finish at 5 pm on Friday. This forced us to clean the below-average hygiene of the house before our belongings were moved in which resulting us taking extra time off work. Furthermore, again we soon found the showerhead leaked and sprayed all over the bathroom, the back of the toilet would spray water whenever flushed, the stove top didn't work, the dishwasher as advertised didn't work and the oven didn't work. Addressing these major concerns frustrated but polite about how nothing works we were told “Your small concerns will be addressed”. Lucky for us we still had keys to our previous rental with a working shower which was over a 30-minute drive. Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there, the back yard had rubbish, deteriorated underwear smashed glass in the grass and shed. As expected we had to clean this up ourselves as well. When we decided to break lease 3 months later the director became involved spoking in arrogant tones. Pulling up the errors and some lies spoken to us he had nothing to say other than changing to the next topic. The list doesn’t stop here but my review does. This branch needs a wakeup call and better management 1 star is way to generous.

Fantastic experience: I already knew Scott was an excellent real estate agent as my partner used him to sell his property. Everything was explained very clearly which was wonderful as I had never been to or sold a house via auction. Scott kept in touch and did exactly what he said he would when he said he would. Very personable gentleman who I have and would recommend. Luke helped out for an open house and also popped around when there was a building inspection. Very professional. As a first home buyer, i have had lots of questions and unsure lots of things. Scott was really good at guiding me through the processes and checked up on me via email during stages. Mainly, email was our main communication due to my work commitment.
