Fantastic experience: I don't write too many reviews but I had to get on here and write a review about Kerry. I rented a property from Stockdale and Leggo in Portarlington and from start to finish she was just wonderful. So professional and very understanding as I was going through breast cancer at the time. I've never had such a stress free experience renting off a real estate agent before. Thank you so much!

Montanna responds to emails and calls in a timely manner, is friendly and well spoken. She does everything possible to make her tenants well informed and looked after. Fantastic experience: Stockdale & Leggo Drysdale and specifically Rhonda Humpage performed an excellent task selling my mom's house. Rhonda knew her house values, the area (& recent sales), and answered all our questions honestly. In contrast, other Real Estate agents, were either well under/over valued significantly. This would have resulted in substantially less money or alternatively, the property would have been on the market several months.(if not a year) That agent would then try to get us to accept a much lower price. Negative experience: Sent an email, and called twice trying to get a valuation to sell our home in Drysdale. No return call. Rang a third time, and person I spoke to had no idea who I was - despite the fact it was the same person I’d left a previous message with. Wonder how often they do the same to potential buyers, for people who do list properties? Had two other agencies respond immediately. Give these guys a miss if you actually want to sell your property.

Negative experience: After numerous emails and phone calls from myself and my son, to transfer my name off the lease as I was moving out I was finally told it had been done my son & his friends had been put on the lease.(feb2024 ) Yesterday june2024 new realestate leasing the property contacts me saying I’m still on the lease, so I had been lied to, worst realestate I ever dealt with 1 star is too much

Positive experience: Would use these guys to sell! Great agents with expert knowledge of area. Wouldn't recommend to rent out your property through them. They put the junior staff on rental management until they move up to sales or move on somewhere else, had probably 7 different agents look after our rental property over 10 years, only two were competent. Better to use dedicated property management agency but would use these guys again to sell/buy.

Negative experience: Absolute nightmare to deal with these people. I’ve never had issues with rental agencies but here the problems are never ending. Have to ask multiple times to get things sorted and they have sketchy ways of going about things. Clearly not looking out for the renter at all. Will never rent through them again.

Fantastic experience: Best Agent!!! I had a great experience working with Sam, having bought through him several times now. He was honest and transparent from the start on pricing and the sale process, he gave honest feedback from every buyer that came through and he was available to talk to at any time. His enthusiasm made me feel like the whole sale campaign was in good hands. We got a great result after about 5 weeks on the market that I was extremely happy with. I’d recommend anyone looking for an honest and professional agent to sell their property to give Sam Lawrence a call.

Fantastic experience: My property manager Abby has been a delight to deal with. Abby has always responded promptly, given excellent service and been very helpful. Her friendly approach is incredibly welcoming. There have been times in the past as a tenant ,that I have felt unwelcomed and apprehensive, Abby has always made me feel heard and respected.

Fantastic experience: Jaclyn and the Property Management team are the epitome of professionalism. From the point of inspection through to application and approval everything was seamless. 5 months on, all requests for maintenance are dealt with incredibly fast and I feel so supported as a tenant. If you're a tenant you'd be incredibly fortunate to have them and as a Landlord I wouldn't hesitate to have them manage my property. Fantastic Property Managers like Jaclyn are rare these days.

Fantastic experience: Our experience of Stockdale & Leggo spans 6 years. We bought our house and a small unit through Helen Ryan, and she was the model of professionalism going out of her way to ensure she understood our requirements. Later we rented the unit and had it managed by Madison Johnston and Aimee Trewin. Both have proven to be very reliable, on-the-ball about tenancy issues, helpful and professional. I commend them and the business generally.

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE! Rhonda Humpage is unprofessional, dishonest and lacks integrity and is to be avoided at all costs. In the middle of negotiations with a vendor, Rhonda sold the house we wanted to buy to another purchaser. Worse was we found out because their admin staff sent us the deposit receipt of the other purchaser. Deception all round. Rhonda Humpage then blamed the vendor and didn’t have one ounce of decency to advise us this was happening until after another purchasers information on a receipt was forwarded to us via email. Disgusting behaviour.

Positive experience: Visiting Clifton Springs for the first time 2 weeks ago looking at the properties for sale in this area we got to meet Sam Lawrence who was very informative on the homes he had to show us and also other houses in this area that he knew of also. As he showed us through the 2 homes he had for sale we found him to be extremely helpful and honest to us while being respectful to the current owners of these homes. Fantastic experience: Where do I start...they say a good thing always comes out of a bad experience..well aint that the truth. After being with a local real estate for 60days our house just sat with no real offers. We had to keep chasing the agent to get feedback and recommend to change photos and pricing etc surely this is not up to vendors to do .. Our house was left un secured at one private inspection ! I could go on but I don't want to waste my time... We decided to change real estates and had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel Lamana to sell our home which he did in 5days of being on the market!! Daniel was very patient and sympathetic to us especially after our ordeal at the other place ..he listened and acted on what we were saying.
