Fantastic experience: Todd is an extremely professional, and competent Agent. The dedication and personal effort which Todd applied to our home sale was very encouraging, and comforting. Todd’s ability to identify the value in our home and articulate it through the sales process meant the marketing had a very high viewing rate, and through Todd’s extensive experience was able to direct the marketing to where it will get the most traction, and at a very fair cost. You’d need a very good reason to look anywhere else.

Negative experience: K&H have managed my property since I bought it 14 years ago. I have just sold (through another agency, who were great). While they started well, I have had quite a few issues with them in recent years. I kept any complaints to myself until the sale, when things went too far and forced me to lodge an official complaint with CAV. Following my escalation to directors, management did reach out, apologised, and promptly resolved the financial discrepancies. While I am glad they took ownership of the mistake and are reviewing their internal policies, I'd caution you not rely on their "dominance" in Paynesville. Looking back on the past 14 years, I can now see that this dominance provides a lot of cover for poor practice that has real impacts, especially for "small" landlords who perhaps don't question enough.
