Fantastic experience: Very supportive through a tough market. We had to put our house up at the worse time for sale. Chay and Ben were great, they set realistic expectations but also encouraged us to do what was right for our family and supported us to hold out for a high price. And they did get us a really good price for the current market. They were very patient with our situation and worked very hard to get it sold. Chay was also very helpful in getting yard maintenance set up for us during a period where we had to temporarily leave the property, and they even went and emptied our bins and watered our plants, so they really do go above and beyond. Getting us the price that they did in this market shows what capable agents they are, and I would absolutely hire them again.

That is not to say there was nothing left to do, because as we all know, if there's something can go wrong it will.. especially before Christmas. Positive experience: Easy to deal with but parking and access to their office is an issue. Holiday rental prices are comparable and they don't seem to add on as many extras & fees as some of their local competition! We also had a problem with cleanliness of a holiday rental and they attempted to sort it out immediately via their cleaners (but I would suggest they may need to review which cleaners they use! They gave us a late check out for the inconvenience which was appreciated! )

Negative experience: We are landlords. We rented our house out at Bawley Point during the long weekend in October. Tenants stole games and toys . Agent not interested. Police not interested because it was under $500. Insurance not worth claiming. tenants said they did not take, we are positive they did. there was an inventory. Agent took side of the tenant. we have pulled out of agreement with raine and horne. they should have known what was in house prior to tenant and what wasn;t . The tenant won. we lost . not good enough

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would - I booked a holiday rental home through Stayz and paid the full amount to then be contacted by Raine & Horne advising that the owner of the home needed the house and it would not be available. They offered to find an alternative home but I received no options from them. They cancelled the booking and now 17 days on I am still waiting for my money back! If you want a holiday home - book through South Coast Holidays - amazing service and I had my bond returned within 48 hours of staying!
