Negative experience: I think it's time to start naming and shaming this real estate applied for multiple property's the day they come out and doesn't even get past the received phase very disappointed may need to seek legal action on why that is and what there process is

Negative experience: Better not to deal with them . These Ladies are very mean , rude and never in favor of Tenants . They give hated looks to tenants in case u have to go to their office . They will make your house search difficult . Always finding unnecessary things on inspection and even if the owner agrees to give you the house still they will create unnecessary hurdles so that you cannot get the house. We wanted a house to rent and owner was our friend and was ready to give us the house but these ladies were causing unnecessary obstacles, luckily we contacted the owner directly and got the house. If you are a white local then u will get priority. All other people will be homeless and get rejected in their tenancy which is extremely unfair does not matter how good you earn or if u have good references . they will straight away tell you owner has rejected ur application . Go for other real estates like Ray white , LJ hooker and Elders in Young . Don’t make ur life extra difficult and get unnecessary stress dealing with these ladies rude behavior . Also they charge a lot from tenants . That lady charged me 2000$ for a small stain on carpet which I accidentally did it while cleaning. We were so helpless at the hands Raine and Horne Young . They were not giving us house even the owner agreed, always rude and raising eyebrows in any inspection. Worst experience with Raine and Horne Young ladies

Negative experience: Landlords Beware… at first Raine and Horne will go above and beyond to get your business but once they have you, they only work for tenants and not the landlords. They do not do a final inspection report that is sent to the landlords, they do not ask permission if they can release the bond and more importantly they do not accept responsibility when something is broken and not in the same working order as before. I hope another landlord does not go through what we are currently going through… Do not recommend..

Fantastic experience: Honest and reliable I was looking to purchase my first home in Young since December 2021 and I soon realised it was going to be difficult task. I was in Sydney so it was difficult for me to inspect properties on short notice in Young. I spoke to a few agents but they were very slow to respond and didn't give any attention to my needs. Then I came across to a beautiful home on real-estate site so I contacted Kim. Kim was quick to respond and she even organised a FaceTime for me to do an initial inspection. I was happy with the property so I organised my friend to inspect property again because I could go again due to covid restrictions. Once I got a thumbs up from my friend, everything went smoothly. The offers were accepted quickly and communicated swiftly. The building inspection, pest inspection everything organised was organised without any hassles. Kim was proactive in providing me right information and as per my convenience. The property was settled in a month's time. Kim made sure that my new home was clean and freshly painted, eventhough I didn't expect it. I was pleasantly surprised when she mentioned about her work ethics; she wanted to leave house with a certain standards. I highly recommend Kim to be your agent.

Fantastic experience: We purchased an investment property through Bernadette in 2016 and she was great. We decided to use them for the property management and happy that we did. For the past 5 years the Property Management team have been exceptional. We had a tennant from the day after settlement who was great and when they left they found another exceptional tennant for the property. The communication throughtout the five years has been without fault, Simone and Brittany have been amazing in all aspects of their work. Fantastic experience: Bernadette and Raine and Horne Young were lovely to deal with. Once she knew my price range she showed me a few houses including the one I ended up buying. From looking at the house to having my offer accepted was only 5 days and my kids and I couldn't be happier. It's perfect for us, flat backyard, large bedrooms and the perfect position for my kids schools. It needed a bit of work but as a local Bernadette knows my dad is a builder and I was in good hands. If I was to ever buy again I would definitely go through Bernadette again and I would recommend her and Raine and Horne to anyone looking to buy.

Negative experience: Not very impressed at all !! very poor customer service with tenants and very very rude I agree with the person who said they must be underpaid in there job to be so rude and unpleasant to deal with no smile no nothing just nasty people. Honestly can say I’m done with Raine Horne young this isn’t the first time the have been so unprofessional and stuffed me around !!
