He gave my wife and me total confidence throughout the process, and it was clear he always had our best interests at heart. I’d happily sell with Julian and the team again!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend buying or renting through this real estate agency based on my experience. I’ve been dealing with ongoing issues since purchasing my property in December 2025. As I was buying interstate, I had to rely on the information provided by the selling agent (Christine) & trusted that the property’s condition matched what I had been told, before signing the contract for purchase. They offered to rent/manage the property & get it on the market quickly as I was only just able to afford the buying price at the time. When I finally collected the keys, I was shocked by the condition of the property. There were multiple items left behind by the previous occupants, and the house was extremely dirty, lawns & gardens months over grown (not like photos). I immediately raised these concerns with the agency but they didn’t take it seriously, compensated or even accountability for these issues. I had been advised that the property was ready to for rent as I trusted the agency, drove 10hrs & had to spend a hours working, organising things due to the state. I had already signed the leasing documents so I was a bit trap & didn’t have the time or resources to resolve. Looking back, I believe the photos used were outdated & didn’t accurately represent the property’s condition which broke my heart. Then I had to spend thousands of dollars & weeks plus to clean, fix up these issues that happened been accounted for & had to borrow money todo so. Over the past six months, I’ve tried to make this investment work, but I’ve experienced repeated issues. The agency recommended renting a farming company with multiple occupants, rather then putting onto the public market (I feel due to the condition & taking the easy road to renting it out to try recover my losses, save the extra work with open homes & what not) which has unfortunately caused problems for the surrounding neighbours which I had spoken with & left feeling responsible when I’ve employees & pay for this agency todo there job which as failed todo. Made me feel responsible as I had approved & signed the contract but I trusted things with be correct. Which I have regretted this advice, are stuck in a lease that has upset me & the neighbourhood. There were also management issues, including my first routine inspection being missed until which I had to reminded the agency of gave my excuses and didn’t take professional accountability that it had been forgotten when concerns were raised. These issues, combined with several others, have left me feeling that my investment hasn’t been managed with the level of care and professionalism I expected. As a my 2nd investment property, this experience has been incredibly stressful, stressful for my neighbours which I only found out today & some have moving out. I’m now having to step in, manage many of these issues myself which I didn’t think I had todo when I’ve been managing fees that haven’t been done therefore more wasted money & time dealing with everything above. I hope by sharing my experience, other buyers, tenants & landlords take the time to thoroughly inspect a property, don’t trust your getting the correct advise, management, request up-to-date photos and reports. You carefully consider who they choose to manage their property & purchase.

Negative experience: DONT RENT NOR SELL THROUGH WELLINGTON REAL ESTATE!!!! No communication. Rude and they don't even tell you what you need for a renting tenant application. Also didn't advertise our property that we were selling.. missed out on people coming to look and also if Kevin Read tells you a price to sell your property at then be expected to sell at that price because it's first in best dressed and will not sell it at the price you have asked. Was over a week before any advertising signs were displayed at the property after being told it would be done in a day or two. How many interested buyers did we miss out on due to this fact!!

Negative experience: The worst realestate agent I’ve dealt with in my 13 years of renting. They are lazy, don’t tell you the full details of what they are doing and blame all problems on the landlords lack of communication. Avoid this agency at all costs.

Nothing is to much trouble for her. Buying a house is normally a stressfull time for people, this was made easier with Lisa keeping us updated with phone calls every step of the way. With the travel restrictions in Melbourne we couldn't do final inspection in person, Lisa was more than happy to do a video call with us so that we could see the property and ask any questions.
