Negative experience: The agents at this harcourts are highly unprofessional, entering rental homes of people who trust them and conducting themselves in activities that are disgusting. This is not a singular event or by one person alone either. Be wary if you’re a tenant of this real estate.

Eventually we had an offer come through that was reasonable and we completed the sale in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Negative experience: As someone who had their property managed by this agency for approx. 1year, I would give 0 if it were an option. House was falling apart and the property manager failed to get it repaired, or to notify me. Property remained vacant for about 2 months under their management (vacant property in Alice Springs?!). After switching agents, the house was on the market to be leased for 5 days, and actually leased within 7. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Speaking specifically of Jo-Anne, but I have found this to be true of other agents and staff as well. Jo-Anne is personable, responsive, and always on it. I don’t think we would have the place we have, for the price we did and with the inclusions we did, if it wasn’t for Jo-Anne. She knows the area and it’s people incredibly well and has built relationships that have stood the test of time.

Negative experience: Looking to buy in Alice, but decided to rent for a while to get the layout of the town. Failure to call us back and wouldn't return calls. Placed applications and tried to follow up but always got we are in a meeting, we will call you back. That being said, if this is how they do business with rentals we will not be buying through them. Better real estates around we quickly discovered

Negative experience: Make sure you take photos and have stuff in writing because they lie we moved in to the house they didn't get a professional cleaner in the agent was there cleaning up she asked if we are happy with the clean and asked if we wanted a cleaner we just said its fine as long as not fussy when we leave. House was filthy cob webs everywhere. Took our young family's enitre bond of $1500 after we cleaned house for 2 days avoid at all costs especially samantha just lie to your face and seem to be always to busy to reply to emails or help with issues involving the maintenance of the house.
