Negative experience: I strongly advise against using Professionals Nowra for property management. While they used to be reliable, my recent experience with them has been completely unacceptable. ​Despite a clear contract agreement stipulating a $500 limit on repairs, they completed work above this amount without my consent, without notifying me, and without providing quotes. Furthermore, they use their own family members for maintenance and heavily overcharge for the work. ​Their financial management is just as poor. Rent is rarely collected or paid out on time, yet they are always quick to take their management fee. On top of this, their staff turnover is ridiculous—we had four different property managers in one year. We were constantly left in the dark and spent half our time chasing them for basic inspection reports. ​I have all the necessary evidence to take this further, and I know of several other landlords who are leaving this agency for the exact same reasons. They simply do not do the right thing by their owners. Consider yourselves warned and look elsewhere. I have shared copy of there excuses. To everyone I let you decide. Just be mind full that we didnt recive call or knowledge of this issue till 3 month after.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional. Recently friends in Nowra recommended Professionals to my husband and I as we wanted to lease our property to suitable and appropriate tenants. Olivia has been the ultimate professional. Olivia was so clear in all communications and responsive to emails and phone calls- always proactive in her attention to our requests and also to the needs of the prospective occupants. Fantastic experience: Amanda Poulton & the Professionals Team have been managing our rental properties for a few years now and we have found them to be extreemly diligent and focused on the efficient management of our investments. They are always on the front foot with leasing and re-leasing and acheiving market rentals, on top of reactive and pro-active maintenance and always available and contactable when we need them. We are very happy with the overall service provided.

Negative experience: Worst realestate i’ve ever dealt with in my life! Renters beware don’t waste your time with this Agency. You will regret it. Very unpleasant and un professional to deal with. Save your time and just go with any other Agent than this one. They will hold your bond for damages not caused by you. I got my bond in the end, after having to vigorously prove the damage was due to bad workmanship of the house. As you will notice is a patten in their 1 star ratings. Even just have a look at the toxic responses they have to their 1 star ratings on here and you will get a little insight. I’ve never had a problem in my life with renting, until I went with this agency and I just want to warn as many people as I can.

Negative experience: Worse real estate agent I have ever have to deal with in my long term rental history. Effie has no professionalism at all being a real estate agent I have left their property in a good condition than it was before. Even though they are making up things and creating issues. They are holding my bond and they have not returned it back to us yet. Strongly do not recommend to go with professional for any deal with property (Reply to comment ) First of all I would like to make Nowra community aware about your costumer service and your company ways to trap people and their bond. That’s why I have publicly post the comment. Pls be mindful with words you have use, it was 2 entry given to recheck the property, which is very common and you have not done any courtesy, so there is no point to feel proud. I have evidence that Effie had accuse us for the damage that we have not done, which was clearly mentioned in ingoing report. I can post those emails and pictures publicly if you would like to have a look with other viewers I can post in public our ingoing report pictures including marks, grease, dust, hairs, damage etc etc which was in the property prior to our move. You might have mistaken that the property was brand new or was all renovated before we moved in. I am sorry to say it was old property with lots of issues Lastly, you do this to make money with zero level costumer care.

Negative experience: Professional team is totally unprofessional including Amanda and Effie They are blaming us for the damage cause by water leakage more than a year ago in the carpet. They do not have common sense that if there is water leakage from the wall with rusted pipe it does leave marks in the carpet There was no cockroach in that property, however they shows a fake picture of cockroach and ask for pest control. Cleaner did attend all of the things that they have asked to do, however they are creating issues. They are running business just for money.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience with this agency. even a year after vacating, i had been informed they were providing false and slanderous references. claiming the home was damaged, pets created damage, house was left unclean (we used their chosen cleaning company), entry was refused for inspections, photos and viewings, bond being taken etc. None of this was true. I have evidence of it being untrue. we brought it up with the property manager and recieved an email that says quote "all has been rectified and all future references will have the correct information provided". There was also a mention of being taken to tribunal but that was due to not having a rental yet at the time of vacate date. although IF These false references were occurring at that point in time also, it's understandable that We didn't find a property and had to go to tribunal and be granted extra time to vacate. Bond was returned in full, all bills paid, no damage created, entry always allowed and rent always paid on time. I imagine the company will disagree on the matter but I have my supporting documents. I just wanted to provide my own honest experience. thankyou.

Each were very different properties, locations and market positions and in both situations Jess' commitment to providing a professional service and meeting our expectations was exceptional. Fantastic experience: Renting out a Home in Nowra. We use The Professionals Real Estate Nowra to manage our property in Nowra. Makayla Liddicoat is our property manager. Karl and Amanda Poulton are the owners of The Professionals. Karl and Amanda have looked after us for many years and we are more than happy with the service thay give us. Makayla, as our property manager is very professional and, most importantly, recognises that the Landlord including the rented property, is the most important ingredient in the home rental equation. We have recently had a change over of tenants and Makayla advertised the property, gave us recommendations which we were happy to accept and conducted exit inspections of the out going tenants and incoming nspections for the new tenant. We were pleased with the whole process and the communication that Makayla maintained during the process.

Fantastic experience: Professionals Nowra were so accommodating throughout our rental experience. Any requests we had - including issues on the property - was very quickly responded to and actioned. We felt blessed to have had two great rental agents over our year of renting, so it's obvious that looking after their clients is a high priority. My partner and I managed to secure a rental within a day of inspection and received ongoing communication with the managers at Professionals Real Estate. Negative experience: I would give them 0 stars if I could, absolutely terrible to their renters, ripping them off and being difficult, kicking families out of homes with near no notice. Making up additional items not on final exit condition reports, they are definitely not professional steer clear of this release agent.

Negative experience: What about this mob, they are renting out a place in my street. Representative there to take photos ect, parks directly on my nature strip 2 doors up from the house hes scoping. There is a parking island almost directly in the middle of the road outside said house hes at, plus nature strip across the road, out front and driveway of that house. When asked to move his car one because its blocking my side access, two ruining grass i am trying to grow, three blocking pedestrians and postal delivery, four blocking emergency access to electricity and phone points. Im told by this representative, who do i think i am and he will park anywhere he wants as its public land. It may be public land but its also there for access not to be blocked by smarmy real estate agents. If thats how representatives of this place treats rate paying residents god help renting or buying a house from them.

They up the rent to $700 disgusting. With 0 help on finding new accommodation after being lied to by the 0wner Of so called professionals. Also didn't tell the truth to my father. Negative experience: Wasted my time. I came across a property on domain for lease and the only way I could get a chance to view the property, to see if i wanted to apply, WAS TO APPLY. After some time of filling out an application (weblinks they posted were dead ends etc.) they responded a couple of days later saying they were organising a viewing time. Another few days later I received a message saying the property had been taken. I don't understand this backwards way of doing business. If i were leasing my property, I would not use this company. Extremely unhelpful
