Lisa is our direct contact and is always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Negative experience: They are really bad!! They don’t give proper advice, they don’t do their job and lie about it. They don’t find you tenants professionally and have lost me a lot of income on my property. Worst is they don’t even respond, have to constantly follow them up and are rude. Changed to another agent and got me a tenant in a week with updates and professionalism. Never been happier after this nightmare with them. Will never recommend or use Coco.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from the property management team and sales. They always ensure that my property is maintained regularly. They are easy to deal with and communicate promptly. I have bought and sold a few properties with their sales team over the years and at all times they have provided me with exceptional service. They are honest and have a great attitude. Negative experience: The property manager Michelle Stubbs is quite rude and very condescending. She neglects to inform owners when issues arise and also fails to action maintenance. She is either disorganised or doesn't care. We will be changing our PM soon. Have heard from tenants who say the same thing. Not good.

Negative experience: We had a very bad experience with this agency. Not recommending this service. The apartment at Biggera Waters was dirty when we moved in from Sydney. The agent didn't organize the lift for our furniture. I was sleeping with children on the floor for 4 days because we couldn't get our furniture upstairs and had a big drama with the removalist. After that, we had to drop our business for 2 days because the apartment had huge halls on the wall and we had to baby seat with builders and clean up the mess they left everywhere! The rubbish and even condoms on the balcony from upstairs neighbours was every second day we lost hope to find solutions to stop this trash falling into our rental space. But is not done, trouble happened with us after few months living in 2104/5 Harbour Side Court! A huge awning fell on me! Luckily I'm alive! For 4 months this red thing was on the balcony floor! Nobody paid attention. Only one internet provider there - Fuznet, expensive, very bad quality. You will have no other option! When we decided to move out (it was 650 per week). We cleaned there 2 times - I have a video of our final job. Terrible behaviour from the agency - they wanted to cut our bond. Because they wanted to us make their old cheap carpet become as new! (They asked me to do a video for the promotion of this apartment, I did it for free! We even installed for them a dryer for free, they just dropped it). Probably the court will help us. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of renting a property through Coco Realestate. My property manager, Michelle Stubbs, was the kindest person to work with & was super helpful with any requests/questions I had. I couldn’t recommend a better realestate and Michelle always went above & beyond.

Negative experience: Absolutely incompetent rental department. Worst rental experience. I lease my house in Victoria and expect the same service if I rent up here. No stove top for weeks. Unsafe stairs. Landlord posing as maintenance person. Rental agent incompetent. Do not rent through this real estate agent.

Negative experience: Not recommended. It's been a few months since we moved out of the property. But I still want to say something about Michelle. She was unprofessional and attempted to enter the property illegally without giving any notice. Good thing I had a camera to see it. She never responded to the matter

Fantastic experience: Over the last few years, my wife and I have acknowledged the fluctuation in rental prices. Throughout our multiple leases at our current property (5 years in total), Michelle has assisted us in maintaining security when it comes to our original agreement to where we are now within the current market. People need to be aware that costs are changing everywhere, and yes properties and the market are being highly affected by the current climate. Michelle reminded us of this in a professional and honest manner. As tennants, Michelle has lead us to successfully securing another lease renewel that not only matches the current times, but also our needs. She went out of her way over the weekend to assist us with this. I recommend people to stand back, have a breath and understand times are changing and that unfortunatly we all need to adapt. Michelle, thank you again for the effort, time and honesty that you continue to provide.

Fantastic experience: We have been with CoCo for a while with our other property. Alina Morse really knows her stuff. We're from inter state and recently bought a property in the Logan area. Property needed quite a few things fixed up before being ready for lease which Alina sequenced and orchestrated to minimise costs. Further, she was able to secure tenants quickly.

Fantastic experience: We have been renting in our property with this company for over 5 years. (Previously Harcourts) our property managers Lauren & Michelle are reliable, friendly and always ensure that our tenancy runs smoothly.

Negative experience: RENTERS, STAY AWAY! This is a corrupt and unprofessional property management team and you can do far better, even in the current rental crisis. Michelle Stubbs was caught on camera illegally entering my unit without an entry notice while I was at work. When I called and confronted her about this, she denied the accusations and falsely accused me of being rude and aggressive towards her on the phone, strongly suggesting that our lease would not be extended if I continued to press the matter. I was forced to submit breach notices multiple times in order to get severe issues fixed, including a large water leak in the garage (enough to form a puddle, took 3+ months to fix), no hot water in the shower (never was fixed) and an external door to the property that wouldn't lock (again, months). Upon submitting the second breach notice, Michelle responded by sending me a breach notice for a 'noise complaint' containing no further details. I followed up with Michelle several times asking for these missing details (who made the complaint, what noise was I making?), I didn't receive a response to any of these enquiries. When vacating the property, I got a friend to call the office and see what sort of reference would be given. Michelle proceeded to tell him that I was rude and confrontational, made frequent unreasonable maintenance requests and didn't look after the place, despite no issues ever being raised at inspections. She also made a number of unlawful attempts to claim my bond, like a leaf being left on the garage floor. Although she did immediately drop the issue when I told her I was happy to settle it with QCAT, wonder why Michelle? Lauren Spencer, the 'director of property management', was well aware of these ongoing issues as I made sure she was cc'd on every email. This isn't a single bad apple it's an organisational problem.

Negative experience: Michelle at Coco real estate has been really rude. She was my previous property manager. The way she talk is really rude and no respect for our tenants. Whenever I say something to her she always cut me off in the middle. She didn’t even reply me back when I ask her to do my reference. When I moved in to the new property, there was an issue with the stove. Even though I’ve been asked her to fix it so many times, she didn’t do any actions to fix it until one of my friends, who is lawyer, talk with her. I really liked the agent where she worked but she is the worst property manager I’ve ever met. * if you are not an english speaker, please look for another agent! *

Negative experience: This agent's landlord is nothing. It's garbage!!! Only knows how to ask for money! The house is dilapidated and old. The agent never calls the tenant outside of working hours it's terrible! Very bad experience! Not worth recommending!

Negative experience: I have rented all over the Gold Coast and Brisbane area, and this has definitely been the most unprofessional and rude team I’ve ever dealt with. The only person who has actually spoke to me is Lauren, despite her not even being my property manager, and so far the communication with her after having asked about urgent fixes numerous times has been sparse, rude, and passive aggressive. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Tread very carefully with this company. What they say and do are very different. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FIRST!!

Fantastic experience: Natasha is professional and extremely easy to deal with Natasha (Harcourts, Broadwater) was the agent for the unit in which purchased in June 2021, in the same building she lives in. Natasha was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about me, understood my needs from the very first open house even giving me ideas on how better utilize the space. Natasha was always available to answer my questions any time of the day and to show me the apartment any time I asked. She went above and beyond and liaised with my solicitor. I get to appreciate Natasha and even more now as wonderful neighbour and a very good friend. I certainly recommend this lady if you’re thinking about buying or selling in the future.

Fantastic experience: I noticed a shower water pressure issue at the townhouse I had an application on. The owners refused to send in a plumber to fix it. I was deeply concerned why they would refuse such a simple request but without going into specifics, Karli assisted with obtaining the proof I needed that the issue was minor and I went ahead and bought the townhouse. I now love where I live and am grateful to Karli for her dogged assistance in getting this deal over the line.
