Fantastic experience: I recently stayed at one of the apartments Belle manage in Thredbo. We stayed at the Lantern Apartments, loft 26. Having Cath and Mark on site to assist with any enquiries is amazing and adds to the convenience of this already incredible stay. The apartment was not occupied the night before, so we were offered an early check in of 12 noon. They also offered earlier at a fee, but we opted to go to a restaurant to kill some time. This is our 5th year staying in this particular apartment (that’s how much we love it) and it was cooler this year than most, so upon request, Cath told us she had a spare heater we could borrow. The apartment already has 2, but we aren’t used to temps that low. There were also a large range of board games that we were able to borrow and take back to the room which was exactly what we needed given the weather we had there. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with a huge window overlooking the village and the mountains with the perfect view of the slopes for the Saturday night flare run and fireworks and if you go out on your balcony you can also see the Thursday night fireworks. The curtesy bus also picks you up right from your doorstep which could not be any more convenient! My daughter was able to catch the bus from the apartment directly to Friday flats for her ski lessons and back again. The only thing that disappointed us was there are no longer toboggans that we can borrow. Every year we arrive early, stop at the apartments to let them know we are there and then grab some toboggans and head to dead horse gap to enjoy the snow there until our check in time. The toboggans have been removed and the reason explained. Thredbo doesn’t allow toboggans and there are apartments managed by outside companies there. But it would be nice if Belle was to keep a few set aside for their guests and simply explained to them like it was explained to us on our first trip that they are not to be used in Thredbo. Either way, it won’t stop us from coming back. We look forward to our stay next year and many years after.

Fantastic experience: Dani and her team really went above and beyond to help us sell our home. In a time when selling a home for a good result is challenging, she did not give up and fought for us to get the result we were hoping for. As we were living overseas for much of the sale period, Dani managed the timezone difference with regular updates and planning strategies communicated to us via online video meetings. Word of mouth, reviews and results all were top notch but personally I needed an agent who believed in my property and had moved with the times and embraced its evolvement from "the worst house in a not great street" ie a former noisy ski worker party complex, into an attractive, wonderfully located residential complex unlike another agent who continued to run it down and refused to see the present and future. Negative experience: We stayed in one of the homes managed by Henley Propeerties in Jindabyne. The house was not kept up to standards for guests. The gardens were overgrown as if the house was abanonded. The roof caved in from a rain while we stayed. The cleanliness of the house was poor. The TV didnt work wires coming from wall, the fly screens were broken and no FANS, no bbq in the house. It was an embarrassment to the owners of the house and this company.
