Negative experience: Twice I have contacted Reed & Co., their salesman, Alexander Payne. The 2nd time I saw that the neighbouring house, which had been for sale for nearly a year was shown as, "Withdrawn" on some real estate sites. Alexander Payne took my call and said, 2/18, Douglas St., Sunshine Beach had been "paused " I needed to know the date because on December 10th, 2025 the owner, a female from NSW, had from behind me, hosed my feet and legs when I went to put 3 little bags of rubbish in our bins.. Then after calling me," Grawin" several times.. ( She had read my facebook page and my trade is mining and cutting opal..) She then held the garden hose which was going full bore, a couple of inches from my eyes and hosed my eyes until I fell to the ground. Then she hosed my head and hearing aids to wreck them. I was completely soaked, my nose was bleeding, my eyes hosed half shut and my spine has given out twice since from the fall.. Pain and not being able to walk. I was inbetween operations at SCUH and had been let home and had a list of 11 things where I should return to hospital... So hosing eyesight til you collapse/fall by "All sorted - decluttered - and styled" business owner should not be part of presenting her property for sale. She did this because COUNCIL OWNS THE NATURE STRIP. but she does not want our bins there. Douglas is a very narrow street and the garbage truck can't pass if bins are on the road. But i needed to know the exact date she, " paused" the listing. The excuse was family visits.. But I want to know did she not want the embarrassment of the police arriving to question her when there was a real estate inspection. So being given the exact date will tell me a lot. Reed must support DECENCY and not cover for assault on my sight ( my mother was blind.. Platinum Residences lady, present owner read that on my facebook page.. My mother went to Buckingham palace ( 79 years old) for the work she did for Kent Assoc for the Blind all posted on fb) Plus Reed, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STOP YOUR FAIRY FLOSS, CANDY REAL ESTATE DESCRIPTIONS OF SUNSHINE BEACH.. Before this owner, there was THREE years that I could not go to Noosa National park nor Sunshine Beach because that owner would hit me, stalk me and empty our bins out for the same reason. WHEN LISTING AND SELLING do not sugar coat the real estate plus please do not evade a victim's question.

Our experience with Reed & Co was easily the most frustrating and disappointing of many interactions with Real Estate agents. When we raised our concerns (in writing) on numerous occasions, the Principal didn't even have the courtesy to reply to our correspondence. Ultimately we felt let down and ripped off. We would not recommend their services under any circumstances.

Her warm and friendly manner made the process surprisingly relaxed. We went to contract relatively quickly , well within the price range Monique suggested, very happy. Right from the start we felt comfortable. From suggesting a stylist prior to photos and video, we never felt pressured to do anything we were not completely comfortable with.
