Negative experience: We moved into a granny flat before. They said everything was brand new. We moved in. When we checked the air conditioner seems like it wasnt working. We email them and there was no reply. So we called them. They said to call back. Obviously we couldnt stay there any longer cause the aircon wasn’t working and plus my partner was also pregnant. It was too dangerous for us living there. When it was the wnd of the lease we called the office and gave the 2 weeks notice to end the lease. We heavent heard from them. They were still charging us the rent even tho we gave them 2 week notice. My poor partner had to call them up to check up. She spoke to nicole. She was so rude to my partner on the phone. From the beginning she was ignoring our calls about the granny flats. There was no communications and to found out she was ripping us off.

Negative experience: I’ve been with this agency for just over 2 years and throughout this time, they have been very poor with their communication. I’ve sent emails and calls to them, and would receive an email 3-4 days later, sometimes I’d get no response at all. Jodie has been very unresponsive with our emails, and we are very dissatisfied with her service. This is the worst agency, and I would not recommend this for anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been with LJhooker Mount Druitt for a few years, It has always been very pleasent experiences with them. Denis has sold one of my house at above market price. Jodie has looked after my property very well, when my last tenant broke the lease, Jodie has managed to get tradesman to fix all the damage and claim through insurance so it took all the headache out of me. As my current tenant is going to vacate, Connor managed to get a tenant to move in straight after my current tenant moves out. This certainly helps my cash flow which is important for a landlord.
