Although I didn't get the price she considered to be market value I believe this has to do with Albo's management of this sluggish economy and the fact that we are currently in a buyer's market

Negative experience: This real estate company has a shark called Tasman I agree to buy a property at a price and then she call me later and tells me somebody else wants the property at full price so because I was the first to offer she then tell me that the other party has offered to go up to a higher price just to push me out even though I had said i will take it at that price she then leave me hanging all day and after I make many calls to see were we are she then tells me the other party has mad a bigger offer Now that's wrong you agreed to sell it to me but then go behind my back to get more money from the other party and they did now I think she has deliberately ripped me out of a deal that should have been up held in first place .So do not deal with this real estate company they are NO GOOD I would highly recommend you stay away from Miller and James Realty New update Tasman comes back again after I increased the price to $10,000 more than asking price and says ok the owner agrees to that I am now on my way to the real estate office in Temora when half way there Tasman calls to tell me the owner has declined my offer But has decided to sell to the other guy that offered less in first place. So deal is off what a Dreadful way to run a business to shaft people like that I said it before and I say it again Stay away from MIller And JAMES REAL ESTATE in TEMORA NSW.

When my parents sold their house to pay for the apartment, they initially didn’t select Jess (Big mistake). After wasting valuable time the house was then handed to Jess and we couldn’t have been more happy with the result (should have went with the gut from the start). After the passing of my mother and needing to sell the apartment, I employed Jess straight away. I have once purchased from her and twice sold with her. I have purchased and sold many properties throughout QLD over the years and I can honestly say that Jess is a breath of fresh air.
