Fantastic experience: The whole team has a great Ethos. By far, the best buying experiences I've had. Sam is an amazing property manager, she's fast and fair. I wouldn't want any other team looking after my properties. I was privately renting and had tenents who trashed my house and yard resulting in thousands of dollars of damage. Paul helped me through the whole process of providing remedial advice at no cost. Sam sat with me while I cried and helped me make the big decisions I needed to make, she then organised all the trades and it took months for everything to be completed - all at no extra cost. Without them, I would have had to sell the house at a loss. Now I've got great tenants and the best team looking after them. If I was a tenant, I would want them too.

Negative experience: Very expensive agency and they don’t tell you rates until the very end, they sugarcoat/beat around the bush a lot (particularly on telling you the rates) and worst of all, will upsell on almost everything. Appalling, don’t waste your time (or money).

Fantastic experience: Could not be happier with the fabulous result and professional, confident approach at all times from Angela. As a former real estate agent for many years in Sydney, I had high standards. She made the process stress free with her communication, attention to detail and marketing expertise. Negative experience: I had a very stressful experience renting a house from them. I have only come across only one lovely lady working there. All the other staff were so rude and sketchy. The good thing about the company is that they attend to your maintenance issues. However, I do not recommend this real estate to anyone .

Fantastic experience: We have been in contact with Angela from Antony & Edwards since we inquired about the land sales in Blakely’s Run in Goulburn in early 2024. She has guided us through the land selection process and helped identify lots without easements. She has been very responsive in answering our questions, providing lot maps and has setup communications with the developer regarding covenant exceptions. We are very happy with the purchasing process with Antony & Edwards and have just finalised our land settlement in Feb 2025. We wanted to thank the team for their help in guiding us through the whole process.

Negative experience: Cannot recommend this agent. Purchased a home from Antony & Edwards Real Estate dealing with Angela. Upon inspection of the place she had no knowledge of the house or area and she was a complete psycho on the phone when I called her to ask questions. I then called Paul who lectured me to a point where I had to hang up on both. Paul somewhat changed his attitude later however I'll be avoiding contact with this agency in future!

Positive experience: This renting experience wasn’t so wonderful. I went three months flushing the toilet by hand inside the cistern and most of winter with a fire place I couldn’t use and it was my only form of heating. The staff were lovely but not so helpful with repairs.

Negative experience: “Well where to start ….. dealing with this Real Estate agency has been one of the most frustrating and humiliating experiences in my life! I cannot believe that an agency in a small community can be so very disrespectful, unhelpful and unprofessional - from the commencement of purchasing the property to so called “settlement” and post settlement. There was little to no engagement from their side, pretty much everything was initiated by myself, including arranging pre settlement inspections which I had to attend on three occasions, with sub optimal support from the agency. On the day of settlement when I had to attend my pre purchase final inspection, the agent was intimidating and aggressive and did not conform to my understanding of the professional standards of real estate agents. Buying a property should be exciting yet I found myself in a position of arguing with the agent on the lawn, in front of my prospective neighbours, about the unacceptable state of the property! Not appropriate at any level. This agency also had my rental property in Goulburn at the time, but that is now solely managed by myself, again due to being seemingly unable to provide their clients with best practice, whether you are a prospective buyer or a rental client. Financially their failing to follow my instructions and initiate a further lease with the current tenant could have had disastrous consequences down the track if something had gone wrong. I was mistakenly under the impression that my tenant had signed a further lease agreement which never took place, despite clear email communication to the agency confirming my instructions. In my experience dealing with this agency in several matters has been a huge disappointment. I will not be using them again. There should be a zero star rating for this agency but google doesn't allow that.

Fantastic experience: I rented a property through Antony & Edwards for a year and it was the best rental experience I've ever had! I only left because I was moving interstate - but I genuinely wish I could have stayed. I met Nerida at an open home for a different property in the area. She was warm and friendly, and asked me questions to understand what I was looking for. She shared that she had a property about to come on market that would suit my needs - and she was right! It literally ticked every box and some! The team and Antony & Edwards went out of their way to get me into the property by my deadline, even though it was a stretch (I was moving from interstate). The process for moving in was so smooth, and the condition report was thorough. Nerida, Samantha, and the team looked after me during my year at the property, and they did such an excellent job. Any concerns or problems I had were dealt with promptly, they were always available to answer questions, and they were so organised and professional. If I were to move back to the area (either to rent or buy), I would go immediately to Antony & Edwards, and if I'm ever in the position of being the Landlord, I'd choose Antony & Edwards as property managers in a heartbeat.
