Fantastic experience: Nathan and the team were very friendly and helpful during our recent last minute trip to Cresent Head. Such a beautiful part of the world. We failed to read the fine print re providing linen ourselves but after a hiccup, Lifestyle group sorted us out.

Negative experience: Cockroaches all over the Beach Shack 1 property and an awful response from the team. I have been seeking resolution for almost a week and get a different story every time I call. Unreasonably hard to get hold of and an incredible lack of accountability for what should have been an easy case.

Fantastic experience: Amy was professional, friendly and super efficient. We arrived to a nasty storm and the up-stairs windows blew in, the power was out in the area for an extended period of time and when we went to use the bbq it caught fire. Not a great start to our holiday however Amy was efficient, considerate and friendly whilst under a lot of pressure as we weren't the only ones with storm damage. She organised to shift us to another house quickly which turned out great. We would definately recommend Amy and Lifestyle.

Negative experience: Not happy with their service. Girls snicker behind you're back.

Fantastic experience: I have rented Dolphin Court maybe 6 or 7 times. I have generally been looked after by Amy and she has always been very pleasant and helpful.

Negative experience: I have never been so disappointed I was pushed and pulled to one phone number to the next to enter my rental. They had miss placed the keys the lock box was rusted And then to find the lovely staff at elders had double booked I was then offered another opportunity for a refund. But I had to wait until the office was open again.then I was told it wasn't there problem. Then I was approached by some woman covered in alcohol cans from bins. No way never again my family has been to crezzo for years there won't be a next time for elders we are booking through crescent head reality at least they are local

Fantastic experience: The team at Elders Crescent Head manage my rental property and we are so happy with their service! Everything is done and fixed very efficiently if any problems come up with the house, correspondence is always top notch and the office team are always willing to go above and beyond to help you. I also own the local florist and the elders team always go out of there way to support us and many other fellow local businesses.

Negative experience: Shocking! Completely disorganised and deceitful. They have wrongly held our bond due to their own disorganisation and over charging our booking. They charged us for making of the beds when we did not request this . They refuse to look at the maths and booking terms to see that our bond still remains with them and we are over a month post our stay ! They take weeks to respond to messages if ever, the staff are unhelpful and have caused great distress. DO NOT BOOK WITH ELDERS CRESCENT HEAD! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !

Negative experience: It's been two weeks since we stayed at a property in Crescent and I'm still waiting for my bond! I rang them twice and explained and the response was that it takes 7 days for it to process through their system?. Well these days it only takes a day for money to be transferred not 7 days! Not good enough very poor!

Negative experience: My partner and I had booked accommodation through Air B&B for Easter. Today the booking was cancelled due to a "double booking" despite final payment recently debited from her bank account. My partner called Air B&B who stated her booking was the only one. She noted the owners had listed the property on the real estate agent when making the booking. She called Elders and spoke with Nathan. Apart from him being disinterested he said his booking was taken in October and our booking was taken in November. How did he know when our booking was taken? Why were the owners taking bookings on Air B&B if the property was already booked? Seems like a later better offer may have been taken. Pretty poor treatment by the hosts at Adrift and Nathan. 31 March 2021 update. Thank you Hayley for your reply. Alternative accommodation was offered at a property that only accepted a 7 day booking at $3,000. Given our original booking was for 5 nights at $680 my partner asked "given I had booked 5 nights at $680 do you think the alternative property would be in my budget?" "Probably not" was Nathan's response. So while your response might lead people to believe we were offered comparable or near comparable accommodation we were not. As we are not the first review on here to have experienced a cancellation due to a double booking I think you should address the system issue that allows it to happen. Otherwise it looks like the host has accepted a better offer and decided to bump us at the last minute. Is this the perception of your business you and the host want people to believe? "Probably not" as Nathan so eloquently said as he rattled off the legal protections he had under the "first" booking

Negative experience: Elders cancelled an Airbnb booking I had held for 3 months with no explanation, ruining my holiday plans. Very poor form. Avoid Airbnb properties on the North Coast from host "Petra".

They are exceptionally professional, quick to respond (even after hours) and go the extra mile to make a great experience for owners and tenants. It's obvious they take a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommend you reach out to them if you are heading to Crescent Head.

Negative experience: Would never deal with again, very rude and aggressive. Very poor communication to clients and between staff. Did not respond to emails and was given false information. Asked for our bank details but then received no refund.
