Fantastic experience: Helen recently managed the rental and sale of a commercial property for us. Helen's history with and understanding of the local market was instrumental in achieving this incredibly quickly. Helen's tailored marketing strategy brought a successful result, and her clear transparent and honest communication is refreshing. We would recommend Helen and her team for all real estate matters, both residential and commercial, letting, buying or selling. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional and efficient team. As a tenant, it was good to know that if any maintenance was required, staff would take care of it straight away. They also have some great tips on looking after the property, which I will be able to take with me whenever I move. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Our eldest son Leigh has been a tenant of properties managed by HHRE for just over 7 years. Leigh works as a supported employee and lives under supported independent living arrangements, as he has an intellectual disability. Throughout this time, Helen and her staff have shown the highest level of respect and have shown courteous and professional service which has been greatly appreciated. I would doubt that this service level could be exceeded by another agency, particularly in these difficult rental times.

Fantastic experience: We rented a property through Helen Harm Real Estate for the past 18 months. Dealing with Helen and her very capable staff was a pleasure from start to finish. They always provided a professional, efficient, friendly service which made it a very comfortable experience for us.

Helen is honest and fair and always available - an extremely hard working and genuine person. Her knowledge of the Warwick area is second to none and she is generous with sharing this knowledge. Thanks Helen and team for you professionalism and assistance!

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Helen and her staff enough. We have both purchased our house and have Helen manage our rental. Her no nonsense approach and knowledge of rental rules is second to none. If you want your property managed right, look no further.

Fantastic experience: Helen is realistic to deal with, if you want an honest and fair approach in matters and dealings, and also someone with experience who knows their stuff, there is no mucking around.

Fantastic experience: Helen, thank you love, best experience ever from start to finish, knows what she’s doing thankfully, nothing ever too much trouble, Helen truely cares, can’t thank her enough … from Wendy

Fantastic experience: We build out house in Warwick 2011. After completion I rang around to find a property manager, to help lease it out. Everyone I spoke to was rude or disinterested, except Helen. They have managed our property up until now, September 2023, when we decided to sell the house. Helen sold it for us in less then 2 week's for more than we had hoped for. We were always impressed with Helen and her staff, and are very happy to recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Something of the extraordinary, a realtor that is "HONEST" and can provide you an opinion that will be based on years of experience, so glad to have people like Helen and Christine in this business. I greatly appreciate Helen, Ray and Christine for assisting me with furnishing my rental property and taking care of the property management. They are very welcoming, friendly, down to earth, easy to deal with, love to take their time to explain things and provide an exceptional level of service. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Helen Harm Real Estate to anyone wishing to get the best honest advise out there in Warwick Queensland. God Bless!

Fantastic experience: Can't thank Helen and her team enough. I had to rent two residential properties in Warwick for my small business. With all the costs of moving our team to Warwick, I am so grateful that Helen was able to rent me furnished homes and thereby reduce the outgoings of the business, saving me thousands of dollars. Initially, I dealt with Helen directly, she made the whole process very simple. When I attended the office to collect the keys, all office staff were aware of our tenancy, papers and keys were ready to go and the whole process was very easy. A real pleasure to deal with these ladies, a great start to our stay in Warwick.

Negative experience: Would NOT recommend. Unprofessional in every way possible!!! Disrespectful, talks down to potential clients, over chargers, kicks tenants out without notices, has side business going with tenants to lease cheap furniture at ridiculous prices. Extremely difficult to work with, refused to hand over keys, and when she did, half didn’t fit my property. No entry report provided. Can’t believe we haven’t seen her on a current affair.

Negative experience: We called this real estate to enquire. The lady who answered the call. Pretty rude. I wonder how come management recruited her. I strongly do not recommend this real estate to anyone. Glad I haven’t applied with this real estate.

Negative experience: Am truthfully unsure of how this lady is still in business.. Disgustingly rude and disrespectful! After my experience with Helen, I would never even consider undertaking any kind of business with her; rental, purchase or sale - regardless of the property - It just wouldn't be worth it. I do not recommend this real estate agency to anyone. Update - This was not for a rental property.

Negative experience: I wish I had spoken to people in the community before doing business with this woman. The owner is very entitled and rude. She will send valuers to rental properties without someone accompanying them and will upset all of your tenants. Not sure how she is still in business after speaking with other people, but be warned.

Fantastic experience: I have had dealings with Helen Harm Real Estate 3 times all of which have been such a pleasure, I have no hesitation to recommend her to anyone wanting the job done right!

Negative experience: Made an offer on a house and had to continually email and call to get information. Was told I’d be contacted the following week about my offer ranking and that never happened. The house was sold without her even speaking to me about whether I’d like to increase my offer or given any information. Absolutely hopeless for me and for the seller. Zero communication or care. Subsequently found that the house had sold for $10k less than my budget for its purchase.

Fantastic experience: Helen and her team have managed my property over the past 5+ years and i cannot fault them. They are lovely, quick to respond to emails and have an excellent knowledge of the area. I have no hesitations in recommending Helen to friend and family or to anyone who is looking for an easy and stress free agent!

Negative experience: If you are thinking of saving money by selling your property with this agent- think again. I am an interstate buyer and asked to view a property while I was there for a week. She asked if I had pre approval as then she could arrange an inspection. I said no and she blatantly turned me away. I don’t have pre approved finance you silly lone bush feral agent, I have the cash! This property has been on the market for over a month-poor vendors. To think they engaged a whingey lazy agent- look at her record of her median sale prices and how many she has on the market at the moment , and you’ll see-you pay for what you get. Thumbs down to you

Fantastic experience: Great very impressed, told me everything I needed to know, would recommend her,

Negative experience: Do not go anywhere near this realestate Very dishonest They will bill anyone to get their money even if the bill isn’t the tenants Red flag red flag!!!! Stay away see

Fantastic experience: An amazing lady, so professional and caring. She has high expectations and pushes us to be our best selves while teaching us about reality and life. 10/10 amazing boss

Fantastic experience: Helen basically sold me my first home over the phone, her straight forward approach was refreshing . I knew we would get along fine because she just oozed integrity , something that cant be faked like everything in the world today. Helen's character is why since my first purchase , I have brought and sold numerous properties since, with all going through Helen. If you want to sell a property go to Helen . If you want to by a house, be quick and good luck , For Sales do not last long with Helen and her great team she has assembled.

Fantastic experience: Helen was exremely helpful in finding us our new home in Warwick. Helen was always readily available and if not immediately contactable she would get in touch as soon as possible. As a go between for all parties concerned Helen would accurately relay and reply to any issues or concerns. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending her as the agent of choice for real estate in Warwick. Dave & Liz

Fantastic experience: I have just bought my first home with the fantastic help of Helen Harm Real Estate. I reached out to every single real estate business in Warwick, QLD with the list of what I needed in a house in Warwick, my finance was approved. Helen Harm was the only real estate agent to call me back the next day to talk about what I needed and what she had that might be good to look at. With in one week Helen had the perfect house for me and was fabulous in helping to get the process started and finished. I appreciated the honestly and genuine care that Helen had for me the buyer, the seller and the tenants. I am very pleased to highly recommend Helen Harm Real Estate to everyone needing a reliable, honest Agent to Sell, Buy or Manage your property in Warwick and surrounds.

Fantastic experience: Positive winning successful Energy, high Vibration's believes and knows her Bisness see it believe it Recieve it

Fantastic experience: Without doubt the best real estate we have used in my few years of living in Australia. We rented through Helen Harm and couldn't have had a better experience. From the outset the team were highly organised, informative and they remained really responsive and supportive throughout the whole tenancy. A truely fantastic team that offers a rarely seen level of service which goes above and beyond to help make sure everything runs smoothly. If you are looking to rent in or around Warwick these are the go to guys.

Fantastic experience: Helen's personal attention throughout the selling of our property was incomparable. Her attitude to prospective buyers was not 'Hard sell', rather letting them make their own decisions, ask their own questions, not putting undue pressure on them, and allowing them the time and space to talk amongst themselves without constant interruption and comment. Helen only brought out prospective buyers that she thought would really like our property. I would certainly recommend her services to anyone wishing a positive real estate experience.

Fantastic experience: Helen Harm was fast, efficient, energetic. Highly recommend great realestate agent very professional and knowledgeable at her job, wouldn't go anywhere else. Thankyou Helen

Negative experience: Terrible at communication, messed up paper work of mine and have been next to useless when trying to get proper maintenance on my house done and left me on the street so thanks for nothing not even a tiny bit of sympathy to show you have a heart.

Fantastic experience: I had no issues renting through Helen Harm Real Estate. Staff were efficient and easy to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Have recently rented a property through Helen, Helen and her staff were all pretty awesome and went far and beyond to help me and my family, our family had to break our lease due to health reasons and the vacate and bond return went so smoothly and easy for us and was so happy with everything, when and if we need another home we will return, thankyou Helen and her amazing team, cheers Michelle and her family.

Fantastic experience: My family arrived in Warwick in Jan 2019 and we were referred to Helen Harm Real Estate through my new employers. Helen and her team conducted their business with us in a professional and friendly manner. We enjoyed this relationship throughout our tenancy at the property in Warwick. We have had to move recently due to work. If I owned a property in Warwick I would gladly entrust it to Helen Harm real estate as I have seen the quality of service they have consistently delivered in managing rentals. I would like to say a special thank you to Helen and Toni. All the best to you all. My family and I will miss our chats.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, all help offered, very good for renter, buyer, seller, all care taken ,.

Fantastic experience: Great Real-estate to rent through! Had no problems they were very helpful the entire time i lived in my rental. Always had a great chat with them whenever i called in there office. Really good people, had no problems at all. Overal great people!

Fantastic experience: Have nothing bad to say. Amazing people that treated me really good. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped me out. They went above and beyond. Staff were amazing.

Fantastic experience: We listed our property with Helen but later changed to another agent - this was a mistake. We then changed back to Helen and she sold the property within 3 weeks. Our experience, and feedback from family and friends, is that Helen is one of the few agents who actually gets results. She returns phone calls, qualifies potential buyers prior to inspection and provides regular updates. Helen is professional and results focused. Helen is the only agent we would recommend in Warwick.

Negative experience: Typical reality agent pathological liars

Fantastic experience: Our dealings with Helen Harm were very good. The experience from her part of the transaction was professional ,honest and we enjoyed her bright personality her staff were equally pleasant and efficient. Very pleased!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Helen and her staff after going through some issues she helped us work through them and looked after us while we were having a difficult time absolutely wonderful staff and pleasant experience renting through her agency

Fantastic experience: Gail Rowan, the property you are referring to was mine, Helen was acting on my behalf, so she didn't refuse any offers I did, because the property was so cheap we had so many offers and near contracts, it was getting really old, and a huge waste of my time, I thought it was a bit odd that someone (you) would make an offer without viewing the property first, I instructed Helen to make sure you weren't another time waster, hence the questions about whether or not you had the finances to go ahead with the purchase . A week or two later we had someone view the property, they put in an offer that day and signed the contract the next morning. Helen put in a lot of extra effort to sell my property so I thank her for that : ).

Negative experience: I Found Helen to be extremely difficult and rude ! I was interested in buying a home from her put in a great offer she kept refusing offers, finally excepted my last offer . Then phoned me spoke rude called the offer off ( I feel sorry for the owners of this property trying to sell with this rude woman ) Her words exactly- I dont want to waste my fuel showing you and your not interested!!!! Excuse me when did a real estate agent predict what you want to spend , how much money you have, or want to spend on a property I have had many dealing with agents but never in my lifetime came across someone so abrupt & rude !! NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH HELEN HARM OR HER REAL ESTATE.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Helen and her Staff From the time I applied for a rental you & your staff have been very helpful. If I needed any maintenance it was done promptly.I have had an enjoyable 2years renting with your company.

Fantastic experience: When we arrived in Warwick our research brought us to Helen Harm Real Estate where the professional and wonderful staff where more than happy to assist us to find a rental property. On finding the property we have had a happy relationship during our tenancy. It will be sad to move on. If you are looking for either a Sale or Rental property the staff will assist in your selection and you can be certain because of there high standards you will receive value for money. Thank You Helen and team keep up your support of the Warwick Community.

Fantastic experience: Fair and honest Real Estate Agency. Large choice of houses to buy and rent. Really looks after you whether you are selling, buying or selling.

Negative experience: Would never recommend renting threw Helen harm to anyone ever she is nice as pie well you are renting threw her but when u move on she is nasty and vindictive whether you pass inspections pay rent on time and get your bond back in full she will give you a bad reference and then bluntly tell you she just answered questions in a snooty and unprofessional tone so I would never recommend to anyone to rent threw her

Fantastic experience: Helen is a wonderful, honest and upfront woman. The people she employs are all lovely.

Negative experience: Would never recommend

Fantastic experience: My experience in renting with Helen Harm was that it was a very pleasurable experience. Everything was explained at the time of me signing the contract and the whole experience was very smooth. Her staff were always pleasant and easy to deal with. Helen made everything clear in the beginning. I would highly recommend Helen Harm Real Estate.
