Negative experience: While the property manager Smit Patel showed efficiency in resolving our issues and listening to us, we were met with a very unprofessional admin female staff at the office who did not know how to demonstrate efficient customer service and asked us to leave the office instead of listening to our grievances. Training should be provided in customer service and dealing with customer complaints as an improvement for this staff member.

Fantastic experience: Couldn recommend them high enough especially cherylee who always goes above and beyond with looking after our property. She is always one step a head and makes it a breeze .

Fantastic experience: Since being in our rental for almost 4 years Our current PM Justine who we've had for a while now is just amazing, she's always so helpful super fast at responding & will acknowledge a issue/ question or just take note of things big or small & have things resolved super fast! As renters, we were initially concerned about maintaining our privacy when the property owner decided to put the house up for sale. However, the agency handled the situation with the utmost respect and professionalism. They coordinated visits with interested buyers in a way that minimized disruption to our daily lives and always kept our privacy as a top priority. I know they are busy but with 24 hrs they take the time to call or email me. They like to discuss and resolve issues, tell me the legislation and make sure that I know my responsibilities. Something I have found other agents didn't always do.

Positive experience: I’m afraid that I have a mixed experience with this real estate. The staff members are very nice and helpful which I don’t mind giving them the highest rate. But unfortunately, my experience with the property is not as good as I thought. The unit where I am currently renting is not up to the standard of care for the same price as where I had rent in Perth. I do hope that after I have reported and given the photos of the condition of the property to the real estate agent office I will get the information back to me soon.

Negative experience: I called Mandurah estate recently to inquire about a property, the receptionist was great, she passed me over to a property manager that was rude, the worst was the chatter in the background, it sounded like childish high school kids talking, while listening harder I actually realised it was the staff talking about other clients, absolutely disgusting behaviour. Absolutely disgusted in what they wear talking about, evicting people is not funny at al! And declining applications because you dont like tgat person. Will never ever recommend them to anyone actually!!

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Kent Murphy as a sales agent. He has an excellent understanding of the market in the Mandurah and Dawesville areas and recently sold our rental property. We were buying a property subject to the sale of our rental and Kent liaised with our broker, the selling agent of the new property and also the settlement agents in a highly professional manner. He kept us informed throughout the whole process, even phoning to congratulate us when the settlement went through. We cannot recommend him highly enough as an honest, professional sales agent who really goes the extra mile to keep his client informed and to make sure the whole selling/buying process is a smooth transition. I would have no hesitation in employing his services again.

Negative experience: Rented my property through them. Terrible communication, often ignoring my emails for weeks at a time. They got an electrician out to my house and didn't contact me to tell me the outcome of the electricians visit! They passed my Tennant on his final rent inspection despite the house being FILTHY (cobwebs, grease on kitchen cabinets, dirty windows, dirty walls, the list goes on). Would not suggest renting your property through them, terrible experience.

Negative experience: Rate them zero stars if I could! The new property manager is very sloppy, slow to respond and resolve issues, does not respond to emails and takes a country agency approach to her job. This agency has gone from good to bad to worse. Avoid at all costs!

Being so willing to help and look after their tenants made the process so much smoother, easier and, as they don’t take shortcuts, I know things are done right. I can’t put into words how much stress, anger and disappointment Abbie and Jaye made dissipate with me having to deal with my current Real Estate. If you are looking for people who do the right thing, for both their tenants and landlords, please don’t go anywhere else. Negative experience: The Property Managers in this agency are slow to respond to emergencies and highly insensitive to situations regarding new tenants. Advising a new tenant to take a "sponge bath in the sink with hot water from the kettle" when the gas was not connected in time for their move in date is EXTREMELY unprofessional and is not an acceptable response to (what is considered) an emergency situation. It is difficult enough to be living without hot water during 12°C nights, but to then inform tenants that it may take up to 6 days to correct the issue is unacceptable. It is highly advised that your Managers seek correct ethical and professional training as the standards at this agency appear to be on the floor.

Negative experience: Came in to try and sort out an application that I'm struggling to fill in and I kept getting shunned for other people and phone calls. Can't find on any site (eg Estate agents, domain, reiwa etc) where to apply for a rental online. Looks like I'll be homeless thanks to their disregard for customer service.

Negative experience: My partner rented through this agent and the house was unsafe, and unsanitary. Mould, floorboards rotting away the list goes on. After he put so much money into this place to fix what he could they still took his whole bond plus sent him a massive bill for things that wasn't even his problem.

Negative experience: Unprofessional! Handed in a rental application called back a few wks later as I hadn't heard anything only to be asked if I had handed in the application and that its been misplaced. Wouldn't recommend

Negative experience: Moved into a house from this agency, there was dirt everywhere, food all over and still in the kitchen, there was a turd in the ensuite toilet and bulk stains in the other. The place looked like it been the grounds for an animal fight. At the end of the lease 80% of the bond was taken, even though we handed it back in better condition than we got it. The staff handled every inspection poorly and were a 0 out of 10 for communication. Will never recommend this agency to anyone.
