Fantastic experience: Both Ethan and Mario were extremely helpful in listening to our preferences, showing us what we were asking for, and in finally finding us a home we could see ourselves living in. Ethan in particular, was endlessly patient with our many requests and questions. The only disappointment involved the appointment for the building and pest inspectors. We had to call the office, half an hour after the appointment time, to find out whether the staff member due to meet us at the property to allow access, was still coming, as both the inspectors said they would only give us five more minutes before leaving without inspecting. Our overall experience though was very positive.
