Fantastic experience: About to move into a beautiful rental through Place New Farm. The leasing agent, Ethan Roberts, has been exceptional. Every question, every phone call, every text has been answered promptly and the process of signing the lease and booking extra inspections has been smooth. It's hard to find leasing agents who give you the time of day. Amber Kamst is also lovely. Very happy with my Place New Farm experience.

Fantastic experience: Highly professional and the most friendly and efficient real estate agents I’ve worked with. Sally has been an amazing property manager and has never hesitated to go the extra mile to assist us during our tenancy, including helping us find a new rental and ensuring processes were smooth and easy. Fantastic experience: Aaron nailed on the 1st property he showed me. Walk into Place office met Aaron, I was desperate to buy an apartment, couldn't find anything to rent and my lease had just ran out. Gave him the brief, and I was fussy, master bedroom had to have river views, had to be in New Farm, city views from lounge, apartment, 2 bedrooms, within my budget. Quick as a flash Aaron produced a brochure of my perfect home, I then tried to buy it on the spot, he made me view it, did the deal a week later, moved in last week. Only to find its better than my wildest expectations. Aaron nailed it in 10 mins ????. Cheers Mark
