I have dealt with many agents selling houses over the years, and Michael has by far been the friendliest and most professional agent I have ever dealt with. From the beginning to the end, it was a seamless, pleasant and enjoyable experience. My house was listed and sold within days, and the communication has been fantastic. Negative experience: ⭐ 1 Star - Absolutely Appalling Experience with Que Property If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an extremely disappointing and costly experience with Que Property. After my tenants vacated, the property was left in a filthy and damaged state—something the agency completely failed to inform me about. Even worse, they proceeded to run open inspections with the house in that condition, which unsurprisingly led to the property sitting vacant for over six months. I later discovered through the bond agency that Que Property withheld the tenants’ bond, but never used it to clean or repair the property—meaning they’ve illegally kept the bond and left me to deal with the aftermath. This company has been dishonest, unprofessional, and negligent from start to finish. I strongly advise others to avoid using Que Property under any circumstances. They cost me thousands and showed zero accountability.

Fantastic experience: Em Batten was amazing in helping my wife and I find a suitable rental property. It was hard for us as she is disabled and Em was incredibly flexible in us finding a home.

We had a new dishwasher within a week of it breaking down. I’ve leased through 3 different agencies and this was by far the best one.
