Fantastic experience: I would recommend BlueChip. As a landlord, BlueChip has helped up through some difficult times regarding our investment property. I would also recommend them on account of their specialising in rental property management as our previous agent was focused on property sales and neglected their management duties for our property. BlueChip have been very diligent and patient in the service they have provided for us.

The attention to detail in the entry report was one of the best I’ve seen in my time as a tenant. Everything I went to write had already been taken note of. Positive experience: This was our first time using a property manager so this might just be standard practice but personally we were disappointed with the communication. We started our journey with Bluechip by letting Marsha know that this was our house and not an investment property so communication was very important to us. In general the house hasn't been trashed or not looked after but there was a number of little issues like emailed questions not being answered that just annoyed us but are not worth mentioning. Both times we had a maintenance issue we had to chase up the bills after not receiving them Our main concerns is: The water bill not being paid by the due date. Once again we had to chase her up to ask why. We feel if she was on top of things she should of made contact with us first when she paid the rent into our account. We were then told she had given them notice to pay the bill by Monday which we replied keep us updated. By Wednesday morning we had heard nothing and had to chase her up again for the update. Which we were told "I have issued the notice to remedy breach which goes on there rental record." We decided to leave Bluechip. We were not going to leave a review but as our new property manager has been unable to find any of the water breach documentation we are quiet upset. We told Marsha we would not renew the tenants lease next time due to the water bill issue and now we are unsure if the tenant did miss it or if she just forgot to send the bill like she seemed to with us. In closing, everything was looked after but when you feel like you can't trust someone you have left in charge of your house and don't know if you can believe what your being told it was time for us to move on. We have all these concerns documented and communication emails saved for proof.

Fantastic experience: I was frantically looking for a new home to rent and I knew it wasn't going to be easy as I was finding myself viewing rental properties with up to 50 other people. I had excellent references and work full-time but I wasn't even looked at. The problem was, there was such a high demand and I understood this... What I needed was a property manager that I could actually talk to. One that understood my circumstances. The house I was living in had been sold and my situation was getting quite desperate.
