Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with Beth’s handling of our offer on 107 Alfriston Drive, Buderim. After submitting our offer via email, Beth called to say it wasn’t enough, so we increased it. Shockingly, she then called my partner (unaware we were together) and disclosed the exact amount of my offer to encourage him to bid even higher. This breach of confidentiality—sharing our exact figure with another party—is highly unethical and unprofessional. To make matters worse, we received no further communication and only found out that another buyer had supposedly come in with a higher offer after I called her for an update. As active buyers who were ready to negotiate, we expected a fair and transparent process, which we did not receive. We would not recommend working with Beth and urge other buyers to be cautious.

Me and my partner are property owners and investors on the Sunshine Coast for over 7 years, and it took us a while to find a reliable, trustworthy and genuine agent. We have finally found all of that and more with RBM Realty! They are a family-owned business who get to know their costumers at a personal level and are truly interested in providing a good service. They have exceeded our expectations when it comes to property management. We have recently lived overseas for an entire year and not once we have had any problems with our properties that our property manager Janel Sampson couldn't resolve. I'm not sure that she knows this but, Janel has truly changed my opinion about property managers and real estate agents. She is always in the front foot with any maintenance issues, any lease problems, super diligent with lack of care/maintenance from tenants, upfront with them about lease rules and expectations and super helpful when it comes to advising on property management matters. To be able to work, travel and live with the peace of mind that someone competent is taking care of your assets for you is just priceless! Also, having fast responses to emails is another thing that set their bar really high. Additionally, their fees and charges are very competitive, and their tradesman operate in the same manner. The whole RBM Realty team should be recognized for, in my opinion, what is the best Real Estate business on the Sunshine Coast!

Great communication, straight answers, and really helpful at facilitating all my varied requests along the way (I run a home office, so there was a lot of things I needed to check/consider). The after sales support has also been amazing, answering my endless "I'm a land lord - what now?!" questions, and generally ensuring a smooth and simple transition on everything. We're moving in once the current tenants move out, and Mountain Creek Realty's rental property management team has been a huge help as well - so I'll be keeping them in mind if/when we need to rent the property out again in the future.

Negative experience: I found this company was very slack in processing our rental application. The man who took us through the open inspection, to the property management team. Several telephone calls went unreturned or unanswered. Overall would not recommend. The team at Century 21 Buderim (Grant Smith & co) are professional, efficient, helpful, & importantly the staff are polite and happy to take my business. Perhaps learn from them.
