Negative experience: So I don't really leave bad reviews as it's not something I would normally do however this is something else! I would not recommend Andrew Welch from Ray White Kensington and one star is even not worth his service He knew that I and my husband were venerable time just going through rounds of ivf. From the very first meeting he promised us that the marketing was going to be discounted as knee e etc which was lovely you would think... Everyone here has given him a lovely reviews l but Our experience selling my property through Andrew was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, i had a vibe he was a typical agent promises you the world but once they get your business you then become an oblivious to his sneaky behaviour his transparency and professionalism were lacking. Important details were withheld or misrepresented, and communication was often evasive rather than clear and honest Recently I appointed Andrew Welch to sell My home in Tusmore little did I know he would take advantage of our situation and behind our back listed it as a rental without consenting us or even letting us know why he did it. My husband and I had just come back from Melbourne doing IVF. So he was fully aware that I left the property for him to do the right thing by everyone but he wanted to double did out of greed or promising those buyers the world of his lies. On another note I was glad he sold it for the reserve and a tad more but believe me I was informed on how he hard he worked on my property whilst away etc etc at that point I wasn't even bothered as that's his job and it's not a free service he was being paid. Our property was vacant for months located in a lovely suburb of Tusmore so I had never needed to go there inwntrusyed Andrew even more so because I was his PA 11 years ago so for him to even think about lying and being sneak is beyond me. They day before settlement I drove back from Melbourne rushing to ensure everything would be done and our belongings in the rear shed we used for storage whilst it was for sale needed to be cleared out as I was walking into my clinic I received a message from another agent stating that my property which had not even settled was on real estate.com for lease. So I went on real estate.com and there it was for lease when it literally had just been sold 5 days prior whilst we were away. Through this I asked Andrew why the signboard was taken down so soon and he lied to me and said some rubbish. I had recently gone through a serious medical procedure called IVF which was a very painful experience and we untrusted Andrew which he was completely fully aware I also experienced his pushy classy behaviour I believe was in unethical - decisions were made without my consent and I felt pressured into situations that were not in my best interest. We felt betrayed, we felt shock his personality is not genuine and his just a criminal in disguise Selling a property should be a professional and trustworthy experience but instead I was felt feeling taken as advantage of and unsupported if you're looking for an agent with internist, professionalism, and care for his actual clients I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a honest agent who has your asset at his best interest.but most importantly he has morals instead of pure greed. The very end he had the opportunity to explain his side but Andrew is weak opulent face us with his lies it's just not classy. He also demanded that we pay the the Auction full fee when the Auctioneer wasn't even there . Andrew honestly gives people false hope his selfish, greedy and he has no empathy. He is far from humble but most importantly he took advantage of us at our lowest having to endured surgerymedical Procedures. I hope this review also makes others think twice when choosing this real estate agent.
