Fantastic experience: My parents were tenants of a property managed by O'Brien RE Hastings. It was there that they were fortunate to meet Renee. During their tenure, and after their lease, Renee has been outstanding. Her care, professionalism, empathy and knowledge made their dealings a pleasure, and I cannot speak highly enough of Renee. Not enough superlatives, and sadly I cant give any more than 5 stars. Renee, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Katie has gone above and beyond for us in getting our dream home. She was so warm and friendly during the inspection and anticipated every question we might have. He almost always answers the phone when you call, if he tells you he'll call you back, he actually does, and if you have problem as a tenant, he will do his best to fix the issue. Michael is heads and shoulders above every other property manager I have dealt with as a tenant, and I cannot recommend him and the team at O'Briens Hastings highly enough!

Negative experience: As a owner of a House rented through O’ Brien R/E I do not recommend them One of their sales reps Katie Jones has recently taken on the Hastings Franchise, Well if I had only known! My rent is now a week late! As Katie Jones said it is due to changing their payment system ! The tenant pays directly into their account by internet Banking as I have always been told in the past, so far they have ignored my email and have said repeatedly on the phone that the money would be in my account within 3 days, It is now a week late ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND O’BRIEN REAL ESTATE HASTINGS, VICTORIA,. AUSTRALIA

Fantastic experience: Get a very professional standard of service from Shaniah regarding normal income and maintenance on our rental unit. Currently a new lease has been signed and the whole process from previous good tenants giving notice, to being provided with a comparative market analysis, and unit being rented has been very prompt. Regular feedback as to status given. Very pleased.

Fantastic experience: We purchased our first home through Obrien real estate Hastings and we had a pleasant experience. Obrien were always there to answer any questions and Katie even went out to our home to ensure all the switches in the power box were in an off position for when our power was connected. I am only disappointed about one thing, and that is the card and the gift from Katie (Obrien) was only addressed to my husband. I did not get a mention which was strange and made me feel left out.

Although I should acknowledge that the rental managers are only a go-between, we have been happy with how we have been treated as tenants. We have had a very large number of repairs and replacements needed and this has all been handled professionally and with a friendly and understanding manner. Thanks to Sue over the years at reception, and also now to Dimity. It's good to deal with people who smile, even over the phone, and who treat you with respect.

Fantastic experience: Dimity is the new property manager here and as I am a landlord myself I know what it takes to manage tenants. She is proactive reliable and treats each property as her own. Definitely consider these guys for a rental listing.
