The campaign style is fully individualised. What really stood out to us however was the personal service, well beyond our previous experiences. Negative experience: I purchased a flat in late 2024. Brian Terry omitted an ENORMOUS ONE OFF maintenance levy on the Statement of Information, despite he and Vendor being aware, and despite being asked specifically by my Conveyancer. A huge and stressful betrayal, don’t trust these people , or get a detective/lawyer to check the documentation before you make an offer. Extremely disappointing

Negative experience: Spamming our mailbox with made up "purchasers" trying to get you to sell our property is highly unprofessional. Especially that 5 second of research would have shown that the property was bought less than a year ago. Just based on this interaction I'll avoid every property sold by Murnane and will never contact them about selling any of my properties.

Negative experience: Stop having your junk mail placed in local letter boxes. It's only constructive if you stop adding to landfill.

Negative experience: My partner and I were looking to buy our first house, found one that was though murnane real estate and did a pest an building inspection after paying $900 for it to be done we then found out the realtor(brian) already knew that a pest/building inspection had been done and had failed due to the house having termite damage and found this building inspection had been done 2 weeks before we had ours done. Aswell as writing up an incorrect contract that nearly made us loose our deposit. Would not recommend this company as they are untrustworthy. If we see a house that they are selling we will be staying away

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would.. this number contacted me, I've never had any dealings with them yet they had my number. It's not the first time real estate agents are cold calling me, how are they harvesting our numbers and spamming people So I got a response from Murane asking me to contact them to remove my details, but first you tell me here how you got my details in the first place I'm pretty careful with my details so I want some honesty. And in response to bring on the "do not call register" do you think I would be so cross about your spam call if I wasn't on it?

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of meeting William during a very difficult time ageing parents in to care. William was amazing to deal with, nothing was ever an issue. The follow up & communication was spot on. Every conversation would start asking how my parents were coping with the changes. On hearing of my Dad’s passing he went out of his way to drop flowers off for my Mum. Last night after something hadn’t been done William came around and fixed the issue personally.
