Fusion Real Estate

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Fusion Real estate especially Yoana Daniel. Yoana is a brilliant real estate agent. I'm so thankful that I had met Yoana when I first entered into the housing market. It was so clear that Yoana is so passionate about the real estate industry but she was so kind and such a pleasant person to be around with. Yoana is extremely responsive and I have nothing but praise for her and to the company. There was rarely any issues but if there was any, Yoana would of been on top of it and I felt like I was very well looked after. Thank you so much for the past 5 years, this journey has been amazing

Sacha was not only professional but also genuinely so kind and easy to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Fantastic experience: I rarely leave feedback or reviews, but my experience with Fusion RE warrants an exception. About six years ago, after an unsatisfactory stint with my previous real estate agent, I enlisted Fusion RE to manage my investment property in Duncraig. Yoana and her team go far beyond routine administrative tasks. As an investor, I value more than just accurate monthly statements—I need a partner who secures reliable tenants, promptly addresses issues, and identifies cost-effective solutions for everyday maintenance. This approach makes property management effortless for interstate owners like me. Impressed by their service, I soon entrusted them with a second property. Furthermore, when I decided to sell both properties, I turned to Sacha. Once again, the process was professional, seamless, and highly successful.

Fantastic experience: We engaged Sacha to sell our rental property on the recommendation from a friend. Sacha was friendly and had done his homework ready for our first meeting. Throughout the process he kept us informed about what we needed to do and the various stages of progress. He gave us some good tips on what work the house needed in preparation for the sale. Once listed, the home sold quicky and the price exceeded our expectation. We would highly recommend Sacha if you considering selling.

Fantastic experience: We have owned a few rental properties in our time, with dozens of property managers, and I can safely say that Yoana was the best we have ever dealt with. Because of this positive experience, we chose Fusion when it came time to sell. Sacha was the most professional and thorough agent we have ever encountered. He did so much more than just sell the property - he provided us great advice on renovation work that better presented the house and even help coordinate the work. On a number of occasions Sacha went above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent. When it came to actually listing the property, I was impressed that Sacha revised his suggested asking price upwards - even though he already had the listing and it would have made his job easier to sell the house at the original quoted amount - I think this says a lot about his integrity.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't have asked for anything more from Yoana. She made it extremely easy to find new tenants - her work was extremely thorough, and timely. Her marketing work ensured there were was a large amount of people at the opens - even more remarkable when other agents I spoke to didn't think there would be demand for an open. The fusion landlord portal also makes it very easy. I would happily recommend her services!

She is organised and a great communicator through email, phone and in person, she doesn't muck around and just gets it done. Her marketing strategy worked perfectly, getting tenants for our home quickly. We also had sub divided our block and there was construction beginning shortly so she was able to disclose the details of this transparently to the applicants which was great. I can't fault her service and highly recommend to anyone looking for a top quality property manager to look no further.

Fantastic experience: I bought my first property through Sacha and he was amazing to deal with throughout the whole process - from hunting for properties, walking through the offer and settlement process, as well as finalising the purchase. I'm living in Sydney so I really relied on Sacha's expertise of the local area and his knowledge of what should be finalised before settlement. Super grateful, I had him in my corner when buying a property - it made everything less stressful. It makes perfect sense for us to now rent the property through Fusion and Yoana has also been incredible! Thanks team Fusion for making this HUGE purchase so easy for us.

Fantastic experience: I recently bought my first home through Fusion Real Estate. Sacha was so friendly and helpful right from the start. Being a first home buyer I had hundreds of questions which he was more than happy to answer and also answered in simple terms which mads it easy for me to understand the lingo. From the first private viewing, to making my written offer, to being handed my keys to my home (and a beautiful hamper) - the whole process was seamless and nothing was too much hassle. I would highly recommend Fusion Real Estate to anyone looking at buying or selling their home.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Yoana as your Property Manager. She's very professional and knows the industry well. She found us tenants quickly and the whole process has been very smooth.

Fantastic experience: I have recently rented my property out through Fusion and couldn't be happier with the service I have received. Yoana is very professional and knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure the property is cared for. I researched many agents in my area before choosing Fusion, and can confidently say that my experience so far has been excellent.

Fantastic experience: Yoana and Sacha have been hands-down the best property managers we have dealt with in Perth. Yoana is an excellent communicator, extremely proactive in her approach to problem-solving, highly responsive, service-centric and overall a lovely human being. Both she and Sacha have gone over and beyond trying to help us find a suitable rental for our growing family as the end of our lease approached and were considerate and flexible in terms of home-opens whilst our current rental is on the market. We are gutted to be losing them as property managers and hope our paths happen to cross in the future!

Fantastic experience: Yoana has helped us rent out our property and our experience with her has been amazing. We are first-time landlords and had no idea where or how to start. Yoana has guided us through the process and found us tenants without any dramas. She has a lovely manner and is so warm and informative. We would absolutely recommend that you engage Yoana as your property agent.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Yoana and the team from Fusion Real Estate for leasing or selling your property. We are very impressed with the professionalism and great service experienced while renting out our home with Fusion Real Estate.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend the team at Fusion Real Estate Highly enough. My investment property and its current tenants were in Shambles 6 months ago, the patience, communication and understanding that Yoana has shown is nothing short of Brilliant. Top class service and industry knowledge has seen the house fixed, cleaned & back on the market with new tenants already signed up! AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: Fusion Real Estate had my property in Scarborough rented quickly and were meticulous with ensuring the right tenant signed up. Yoana is friendly, professional and takes great pride in her work. I highly recommend this business if you are considering renting, selling or purchasing property.

Fantastic experience: Fusion Real Estate are absolutely fantastic, amazing, professional, helpful and most of all very friendly and lovely to deal with. They go above and beyond and are always up front and honest. They know what they are talking about and offered me helpful advice which I am very grateful for. They have made the process very easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic agent! Goes the extra mile for you and I’m so grateful. When I started to look for agents when thinking about selling my house I was thinking “this is going to suck! “ As I have only dealt with very fake, car salesman like agents before and I was not looking forward to dealing with yet another agent but once I chatted to Sacha I realised this was not the case at all! I was living down South, working and with two kids and a FIFO husband which makes it difficult to get to PERTH and organise house stuff but Sacha when went above and beyond and made this process so smooth and easy!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Excellent communication and went the extra mile to assist us.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Very professional business service. My go to people. Very hard to find people with the same mind set in their business.

Fantastic experience: Once again Yoana has proven she is a real professional. Even during these Covid 19 times, she arranged two private viewings, received two applications and like that the new tenants moved in without a single day lost between the old tenant moving out and the new tenants moving in. Yoana is extremely proactive, highly responsive and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Sacha at Fusion Real Estate has been fantastic throughout the journey of buying our new home. From start to finish he guided us through the entire process answering any questions we had and remained upfront and honest throughout. I have had unfavourable experiences with Real Estate Agents in the past but Sacha put us at ease and made the effort to have conversations face to face by visiting us at our home address to talk things over. Highly recommended and would definitely use again!

Fantastic experience: The circumstances pursuant to our dealings with Sacha was not the average one. What started as a prospective viewing (where we first met Sacha as the selling agent) developed into his engagement as the selling agent for our existing property, as well as the representative agent for the search of our new home. Sacha was highly personable, extremely diligent and meticulous, genuine, and he displayed profound and in depth real estate knowledge in all elements of the subject. His customer service was second to none and we found he was always willing to go over and above for the best outcome. In fact, we were conscious not to ask too much of him because of his innate nature to provide the best possible service. Lastly, throughout the entire duration of our engagement, the way in which he acted with complete humility, integrity and honesty never faltered. Sacha is a true agent working to a high ethical and moral standard, in an industry rife with negative anecdotes. Without any hint of doubt, we will use Sacha for all of our future real estate selling, procuring or advice, and will recommend him openly and enthusiastically to friends and family.
