Negative experience: After renting with this company for 3 years, I can confidently say it was a very negative experience. They never addressed any repair issues (such as the persistent and hazardous mould in our bathroom due to a broken exhaust fan and a leak behind the walls). The damp conditions worsened over time and seriously affected my health, leading to breathing difficulties. When a repairman finally came to assess the issue, we were told fixing it would be ‘too expensive,’ and the repairs were never done. They seem more focused on making money than on tenant safety and well-being. Edit: When I posted this review about our experience, they threatened legal action if I didn’t take it down. It’s no surprise they have many 5-star reviews—they seem to pressure anyone who leaves a negative one.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible experience with Alison Travers as a property manager. Forced to pay over $1000 for professional cleaners and pressure cleaning when property was spotless. Bullied and harassed by this property manager who did not follow the legislative requirements on many occasions. Zero integrity and concern for tenant rights.

Negative experience: I had a really bad experience with Network Exchange Realty during the last couple days of rental agreement. First of all you have to know that this Agency is taking pictures of everything during quarterly inspection! Pictures are saved and you get no written confirmation if they are going to be deleted after tenancy or not. You are not allowed to put pictures on the wall without permission of this agency. I had to remove my flag! You are not allowed to clean your flat for final inspection it must be cleaned professional (costs for 1-bedroom apartment approx 300$ incl. carpet cleaning) you have to provide receipt otherwise you wont get your bond back or it will be deducted. Someone broke into the shed after my tenancy and she wanted me to pay for it! So be careful this is unlawfull and not professional.

The property location is very close to City Central, Train Station & within school zone which fulfilled most of my needs at the first go.
