Negative experience: Dealt with Ella Johnstone on a recent purchase of a property. Property was listed with a lock up garage. After asking mulitple times about its locking mechanism and her constantly ''messaging the owner to find out'', I never ended up getting a straight answer from her. Wanted to delay settlement to which her reply was - ''it locks with a key''. In good faith thinking theres no way these people would lie about it I went ahead with settlement. Come to find after settlement the garage doesnt lock. This has left me with an unsecure, unlockable garage in a suburb where you would really need one if you were to store anything in it. Messaged her on settlement day about this, which was 3 days ago and haven't heard a peep since, I guess shes still finding out.... I can safetly say without a doubt, the garage motor was never working while the previous owner lived there. Meaning it was never lockable, even though they proudly advertised it as such. This to me is on par with selling renovated property, you just have to renovate it. Can't be surprised, they've been paid and no longer care. Dodgy business. Bunch of liars. Do yourself a favor a use someone reputable.

Fantastic experience: Selling a property can be nerve-wracking and it was important to me to find someone I could trust to guide me through the process. I can honestly say that ypa went above and beyond. Steven and Sebastian took time to listen and understand a complex situation. They showed care, and acted ethically, towards all involved. While they worked to get me a good sale, they did not sacrifice their integrity- they got me a great price but I felt like they also saw it as matching the right buyers with a home they'll love. I appreciate the professionalism, endless good humour, patience... and of course, the open home coffee cart. This is how all home sales should be.

Negative experience: This business continues to deliver unsolicited advertising material to my residential address when they have been advised multiple times to cease doing this as it contravenes the Waste Reduction and Recycling Act 2011.

Fantastic experience: Where can I even start with Logan. We first met when looking to buy a bigger property. Before we engaged a real-estate agent, Logan was going above and beyond for us. He was always available, very responsive, and went out of his way to find us a suitable property. What I saw in him was a drive I don't see very often these days. We ended up buying in a different suburb that Logan didn't facilitate, but when it came to selling our property, enlisting his services was a no brainer. And I was 100% correct. He gave us advice and guidance. He even sent us information for people to help do some gardening and odd jobs to prepare for our sale. He guided us through the whole process and made it so easy and actually enjoyable. I think our property was listed for 8days before signing contracts. Logan delivered what was promised. He was still easily contactable after the sale and made sure the kids were involved in putting up the Sold sticker (which they loved being a part of). I can't praise him enough as our agent and I can't recommend him enough. I've been telling my clients and family to go through him for a streamline, easy and successful house sale.
