Negative experience: I found this company during my five years of renting from them to be adequate. When I applied for my bond back the relationship changed dramatically. They were unable to be provide receipts for replacing a remote control for the air conditioning which retails for $60 yet I was charged $200. I was charged hundreds of dollars falsely and caused enormous stress whilst they acknowledged that I had been an excellent tenant. Just another unscrupulous company preying upon decent people. This is a sad yet common practice it seems. Beware! Even catching them out lying didn't help my cause.

The advertisement online looked very inviting and it was very easy to book an inspection time via their link provided . We have received a confirmation straight away and were reminded day prior to make sure we knew the time and all necessary details. Jana greeted us with a friendly smile and easy going attitude at the property. It was a great turn out with about 10 people inspecting the property at the same time as us. Despite of this Jana was able to answer all our questions and give us all necessary information needed to complete our application. Negative experience: We signed expression of interest for a lot . But we the found something we liked better and prices from the builder were to high . We therefore informed the agent G-oeoff K-Lem that we would like our refund . He continually ingnored my request via email and kept offering other services . I then rang him and he said I had ruined the whole process and would not let me explain to him why . He was upset I called his actions unprofessional . I did this because he ignored my request . He then hung up on me . Be very careful of this agent In the expression of interest form it states we are not obligated to but nor are they to sell but the $2000 deposit is to show our interest .
