Fantastic experience: Craig helped us through the offer and negotiations process to purchase a house. He shared his insights, gave sage advice about how and when to do things, helped strategise with us, and handled the negotiations on our behalf. Really took the stress out of the whole thing. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Negative experience: 50 days before contract exchange, I received this agent's solicitor letter threatening court proceedings if his commission was not paid within 30 days. This cheeky agent also demanded that I pay his solicitor's costs. ($500). 35 days before contract exchange this desperate agent lodged a V.C.A.T. claim against me claiming payment and demanding I pay his lodgement fee . ($650). A further demand was that I sign a four-page Non-Disclosure Agreement. Why? Commission payment ($18.000) was made promptly after contracts were exchanged. Mr. Frost, you did not sell our house. A buyer was introduced by another agent within 5 days. I fully understood my commitment to our contract but requested you follow a not unknown practice between agents and share 20% of your $18.000 commission with the buyers agent, a figure he accepted albeit from my own pocket. In my opinion, you were legally correct but greedy and morally corrupt. Be informed, should you respond with any further untruths I shall sue you. Mr. Frost, Our dispute is ongoing. Had we not accepted the ready buyer' offer, or lost the opportunity to purchase the only house we considered buying our property would have been withdrawn from the market. Your business had our listing and we had no issue paying full commission for the sale of our house. Our dispute lies with the referral fee which is normal and common practice between agents. Ref. TV documentary "4 Corners" 27th March 2023. Our dispute lies with the $3,600 we had to pay the referral agent. Sadly, you were not content to walk away with $14,400 for doing nothing, when the probability would have been zero. I have suggested the disputed amount amount be donated to charity. (my choice is "The Royal Melbourne Children's Hospital"). You have refused. I will remove my review when our dispute is settled. Dave Summers.

Negative experience: Craig is a great guy with good communication. I would love to give him 5 stars but can't as the sale price achieved for our property was well below expectations. We wish Craig and his family all the best for the future. PS - the below response is factually incorrect and seems to be shifting all the blame on to the seller. It was actually 23.5 not 21. Even aware of this fact you still expected to achieve a higher sale price. It was also a unique property for the area. We had also followed your advice with full staging, installation of a new gate and other improvements. It's okay to accept you had got it wrong as it happens from time to time. We went with your initial suggested sale price and it was only after the property was not receiving offers that you applied pressure to reduce the advertised price fearing it would not sell. We were reluctant to reduce the price but ended up following your advice to do so. Even you were a bit surprised by the final outcome, you told me yourself. I know you did your best, but also it is good to accept some responsibility. It is fair to say we both underestimated the true market conditions.

Fantastic experience: BRILLIANT! Where do I begin? I lost faith in real estate agents quite a few years ago, so much so, that I put off selling for a long time. That was before I met Craig. In the first few minutes of our meeting, I realised that his ideals matched with mine – no hard sells, no lies, no deceit – only respect, honesty and care for everyone in the process. Negative experience: Where to start with this bloke and his back yard real-estate company, if you want a horrible experience buying your home look no further then frost. If you can find this back wards place and can put up with the top notch arrogants of Craig him self, prepair your self. This guys got his own rules and it's going to make your head hurt dealing with it. Any slight inconvenience will send him over the edge. You know that sold sticker that you dream of having put up, don't expect that any time soon. The four house's he must try and sells a year takes up too much of his time to put a sold sticker up, expect 3-4 weeks but you'll have to ask a few times. Over all do your self a favour and go some where else. I've heard other places even give you a bottle of wine for buying a house. Just please save your self.

Fantastic experience: I was a first home buyer when I met Craig for house hunting in Melbourne area. As you may agree on with my experience if you are first home buyer.. I had no idea where to start, what I should know, not being taken advantage from people in negotiation for price etc. Craig provided a lot of advise to develop my knowledge, unlimited tips to prepare myself to deal with buying/looking houses. Negative experience: I really have no idea how Craig has so many good reviews. Looks like all from sellers anyway. I found him extremely arrogant, unprofessional and plain rude. He made plans for us to have a private inspection and changes the arrangements more than once then keeps you waiting. He proceeded to tell my mum “well it doesn’t matter anyway its going way above what’s advertised and we have already had multiple offers? How does he know that I was not willing to offer more than the asking price or the kind of money I have sitting in the bank? Sounds deceitful to both Vendor ( not waiting for offers ) and to the potential buyers. I would not recommend anyone to sell or purchase – use a reputable brand. Also property sold for $390k and was quoted $300k-$330K and was a private sale well under quoted !
