Negative experience: Unreal estate Coffs Harbour returned my unit in a really bad state carpeting ruined through out from pets Doors had been kicked in and cracked Walls had been painted by tenants without permission About 5 to 6 thousand dollars to repair Tenants left a week early unreal estate Wants me to reimburse the tenants the weeks rent. Would recommend looking around at different realestates

Negative experience: you can’t even respect the incredibly simple request of a “no junk mail” sticker. If something so basic is refused, why would I trust you to be my real estate agent?

Negative experience: Rental department are unprofessional.

Negative experience: I was applying for places as my lease was coming to an end. The property manager Karen DeFlice had a field day coming up with all different excuses as to why I couldn’t apply for certain places and made the process very difficult. She made very unprofessional comments and judgments about me and even went as far as emailing me questioning why I was applying for other places when I had applied for one hers. It is extremely unprofessional and made me feel so low. I’m now with the Edge. Very disappointing.
