Negative experience: Recent dealings with this particular agency at Renmark have led to a 1 star review. Ray white lost their client (home owner) to another agency and upon my vacating the property, they have made a claim against my bond because they want the extra money. Their claim is that the property was not cleaned fast enough or well enough from cleaners that THEY themselves recommended and that because I simply held a copy of keys whilst a second cleaner had to be found to rectify their first cleaners job… they believe they are owed rent for an empty property with owners that terminated their contract anyway. Nothing but a greedy bunch of money hungry grubs. Annette was a lovely person to deal with when she was property manager so she’s not included in this review.
