Fantastic experience: Carissa Devlin service was excellent, keeping me up to date with the progress of construction of the unit I currently rent. Dakota the receptionist, always has a welcoming warm smile as you enter the BH Partners office in Berri. Negative experience: The rental I rented through this company, I was assured certain maintenance issues would have been fixed, yet it never happened. The house was completely unsafe for a child, they knew a young child was moving in yet didn't make an attempt to fix what needed to be fixed. My child had to leave to live in a safe home a year or 2 into renting. I had lived there for years alone as the property fell apart, I kept trying to keep up with the maintenance sinking my own money into the home while paying full rent. At the end I was buying water to wash myself and dishes, clean teeth and do washing as the water was black and the toilet had stopped a year or 2 prior, rats from the condemned property kept coming in, couldn't lock the house so no security meaning I could never have my child visit overnight. I did eventually call housing officials in who officially labeled the house as condemned. I had a certain amount of time to leave on reduced rent. Though after all the money I sunk, the mental anguish, anxieties etc I feel especially after been forced to pay them more money due to a day visit with child he got trapped in a room with a warped door that I had reported, it was a 40 c day and no way out (unfortunately in the days before the side door no longer closed) I had to break the handle to get him out, I feel that they got away with what they did and they knew exactly what they were doing. Funny enough though my old housing manager no longer worked there straight after that. The business screwed up yet they forced one to take the fall. DO NOT trust ANY worker here they are lovely to face but secretly working out how to screw you over

From my initial meeting & viewing of my current rental, I have always found them to be a Professional, friendly & easy Team to deal with. My last Property Inspection was carried out by Indee T. I found her to be well suited to the Team. She was very thorough while being friendly & courteous & listened to my small requests for Property maintenance. As she left she said she would "work her magic" & have the faults rectified. She was indeed a magician & the faults were satisfactorily rectified by a very competent Tradesperson soon after. Fantastic experience: Judy from bhp has been a gem, while in this rental crisis Judy went all out to help me and my baby boy,she has given me a chance again after falling in a rut with previous housing and I will prove to her I'm worth giving a shot.she also came to my rescue the other day when I miss placed my house key's she organised for someone to come to my house with spear keys so I could get me and my baby inside out of the cold and get another key cut.there should be more people like Judy.
