Baileux

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful to Emily for helping me purchase my home. Their communication was amazing and their honesty throughout the whole process was something I really valued. I always felt kept in the loop and supported every step of the way. Absolute professional and genuinely great to deal with

Fantastic experience: Ben is an all round great agent, very friendly and honest in all his dealings. He and his team managed my property as a rental for many years prior to selling it at a great price. Above all else, he has sought to understand my particular priorities and needs and worked tireless to fulfill them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Baileux!!

Fantastic experience: Baileux has been looking after my investment property for almost a year now and they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: 5 Star Rating for Baileux. We couldn't be happier with Baileux management of our Meyer Street property in Mackay. Ben is at the top of his game, open and forthright, provides excellent inspection reports and has no hesitation in seeking the best possible tenants at all times. I'm sure Baileux tenants share the same confidence we feel in Baileux,

Fantastic experience: Simply the best. Very friendly and honest. Very friendly and knows of their market, they are very professional and honest.

Fantastic experience: Benjamin offers us a fantastic service! He was the first agent calling me back the next morning after I sent an introduction email which does not happen often as people are busy. We were very lucky that he just listed a great off market property that suits us and we were able to sign the contract in the same week. Our settlement process was a little complicated than usual due to our and the seller's certain circumstances, but Ben has always been helpful and reachable. He has even been exceptional in finding the right tenants quickly with an excellent outcome. Ben did the pre-settlement inspection and our property was handled with care and passion. Absolutely recommend him if you want to buy, sell or rent.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Property Management Experience with Ben. I recently engaged Ben to help me buy and manage an investment property, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ben's knowledge of the area was impressive, and his ability to assess properties was invaluable. He is easy to communicate with and always reachable, ensuring I got a great property. Thanks to his inspection and assessment, I avoided a bad purchase that I had placed an offer for before engaging Ben. Overall, ended up with a property that rented out at a price higher than the market rate. Highly recommend Ben for his expertise and dedication! And did I say, he is exceptionally reachable!! (How do you do it, mate??!!)

Fantastic experience: Can't thank Ben enough for being proactive in selling our investment property. First class experience for us, highly recommend Ben and his staff.

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience with Baileux! The application process was straightforward, and they were incredibly professional and responsive to any questions we had. Benjamin and Brianna were especially fabulous and always quick to get back to us and very helpful throughout the entire process. Their professionalism ensured everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with their service.

Fantastic experience: House rental. The process to find our new rental was easy and quick. We had our lease signed and secured with in hours.

Fantastic experience: Ben was a pleasure to deal with. He was realistic and honest in his appraisal and followed through on his words with actions. All that was said would be delivered, was delivered. Very happy with the management of my property and the sale. Thanks Ben!

Fantastic experience: Rental property Mackay. Very friendly staffs, hassle free service. My agent negotiated with owner for short term rentals. Swift response with job requests for repairs.. I would definitely recommend Baileux

Fantastic experience: Exceptional and Friendly Service. I have sold properties in the past but have never had such a carefree experience as I have had dealing with Ben. Thank you is not enough for the support he has provided us. Ben approached me over a decade ago but the timing was never right to sell. Ben kept in touch as a courtesy and continued to provide updates on the Market. Ben was never forceful and also remained friendly and respectful of our situation. The sale of the property ran smoothly from start to finish with Ben being contactable at anytime of the day. The due diligence that he showed paid off and we achieved an outcome well outside our expectations. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Highly Professional and Fair: Benjamin Molineux. I had the pleasure of dealing with Benjamin Molineux during the purchase of my investment property in Mackay, QLD. While he was the seller’s agent, Benjamin’s professionalism and fairness in handling the transaction were commendable and made a lasting impression on me. From the outset, Benjamin was transparent and communicative. He provided all necessary information about the property promptly, which is crucial for making informed decisions. His ability to maintain a balanced perspective, ensuring fairness to both parties, was particularly noteworthy. Benjamin treated my inquiries and concerns with utmost seriousness and respect. He was always approachable and available to discuss any aspect of the purchase process, which helped in easing the typical anxieties associated with buying property. His responses were not only timely but also thorough, providing clear and concise answers that addressed my specific questions. Benjamin’s negotiation skills were impressive. He managed to facilitate a deal that respected the interests of both the seller and me as the buyer, which speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to ethical standards in real estate transactions. The level of service provided by Benjamin Molineux was exceptional. Even after the deal was closed, he made sure that all loose ends were tied, ensuring a smooth transition for both parties involved. His dedication to client satisfaction and his expertise in the Mackay real estate market were evident throughout the process. I would recommend Benjamin Molineux to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient real estate agent in Mackay. His professionalism and ability to ensure a fair deal for all parties involved are what make him stand out.

Fantastic experience: Best sales experience ever! We engaged Benjamin as our Sales Agent to sell our investment property. Ben's agency already managed our property for us. To say that we received 5 star service is an understatement. Ben was at the end of the line at any time of day to take our calls and help us navigate the sale of our property. Could not have selected a better agent to manage the sale.

Fantastic experience: Easy to deal with, quality service, after hours support.

Fantastic experience: Ben's professionalism, expertise, and sensitivity throughout the process is truly commendable. Ben's meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and strategic approach were instrumental in securing a favourable sale. His acute eye of the market plus his ability to handle all aspects of the transaction with compassion and integrity during a difficult time for me did not go unnoticed. He not only exceeded our expectations but also alleviated much of the stress associated with the sale of my deceased son's estate. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and compassionate real estate agent.

Fantastic experience: Baileux real estate is fantastic! Their transparent and open communication made the entire process smooth. Plus, being easy to reach even on weekends was a big plus. Highly recommend for their reliability and commitment!", My personal experience with them has been fantastic they have made the process of renting a place really smooth and fast. Shannon has been a god send always willing to go the extra step to help me with any queries I may have and to resolve them in a timely manner. Being fairly new to Mackay and not having much of a rental history I really appreciate the opportunity Baileux has given me. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Smooth transaction. Bought a house from Benjamin Molineux at the end of 2023. Very smooth transaction. Great communication. Prompt to answer queries. Flexible with arranging last minute inspections

Fantastic experience: Persistent and supportive . Ben has just sold our house in East Mackay. Our relationship started over 8 years ago when in spite of not being our rental agent he sent regular news letters and updates. When we decided to change rental agents we immediately thought Baileaux. Great decision. He managed the tenants and the house sold quickly. We had a sale cancelled but he just managed it and we had another contract within 2 weeks. Wow. Hard working supportive for sellers and doggard. Would highly recommend for both rental and sale.

Fantastic experience: Very professional salesman. Having benjamin molineux use his marketing knowledge and expertise on the sale of my property i couldnt recommend his services enough. He achived a great result for myself both in managing my property as a rental investment and transitioning to the succesful sale all of which was done 100% hassel free for myself while being located in western australia. If i was to buy or sell again in mackay he would deffinently be the agent that id use without question thanks again benjamin for your hard work, professionalism and guiding me through a sales plan for the property.

Fantastic experience: Excellent communication . Professional easy to do business with and great communication

Fantastic experience: 5 Star Agent. Ben was very helpful through out the whole process of selling our investment property especially for us being interstate. He was always reachable and added professional advise and support as required. He is trustworthy which I can't say for most real estate agents as communication for us was only via phone call or email so it is very hard to gauge the character of someone where normally you can get a feel of someone once you meet them, this was very important for us and made the process run smoothly. We wish Ben and his team all the very best in the future.

Fantastic experience: 155 Goldsmith St, East Mackay. Highly recommend !!!!! We chose Ben based on the testimonials on Baileux. We would say the testimonials are an understatement of Ben’s enthusiasm to go above and beyond. His openness and willingness to help us is greatly appreciated. After having numerous conversations with Mackay’s renowned agents, Ben stood out the most with his excellent marketing knowledge. Unlike other agents, he saved us money in every aspect of our property, gave us professional advice, guided us with any queries and supported us with his smile. We would say if you are buying or selling a property don't think twice, choose Ben! You will thank yourself!! Best agent with professional services.

Negative experience: Properly owners beware. Benjamin Molineux deducted from our rent three letting fees in nine months for the same tenant. He also charged the tenant a break lease fee in that period. Unbelievably he still has a ‘happy snap’ of us buying a house from him on his Google profile page. He didn’t have our permission to use it. There is no way I would recommend Benjamin Molineux or his business to my enemies let alone my friends. GOOGLE PLEASE REMOVE OUR PHOTO NOW.

Fantastic experience: Professional, Simplistic and Real. My experience with Ben and his team has been very positive. He has a friendly and down to earth persona. I also appreciated his honesty and reasonable approach. His team is great at communication and didnt over load me with unessarary administration. I appreciate the organisational culture that I have witnessed and I am sure it will be other peoples experience as well.

Fantastic experience: Excellent help. We were given great advice re the rentability of our property and an appropriate market price. Within days Ben had the property rented. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service by Benjamin Molineux. Cannot believe our exceptional experience with Benjamin Molineux when we purchased our investment house. His service and attention to even finding tenants for us we was above and beyond our expectations. We look forward to doing more business with Benjamin in the future.

Fantastic experience: Highly helpful and informative. Being the first time to sell my house, he was very easy going and explained the process so I could be confident in what I was doing. Any questions I had he answered. When I suggested somethings he was happy to change the marketing. A great experience.

Fantastic experience: Ben and his team have been great to work with. From managing our property over the last few years until our recent sale, we were always happy with the service provided. Thank you Ben and the Baileux team. We are happy to highly recommend you!

Fantastic experience: First rate in all areas. We had a couple of properties with multiple dwellings we were keen to sell, our previous agent had approximately a year without any apparent interest. Within a couple of months of transferring to Ben had both the properties under contract.

Fantastic experience: The guys at Baileux (especially Ben) have gone above and beyond to help me out on all levels of my real estate needs. Although highly professional they also bring a level of genuine care, making my life as a renter as easy and smooth as possible. 10 out of 10. 5 stars!!!! Would Highly recommend these guys in a heartbeat

Fantastic experience: Very professional, if you want to sell or rent your house I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Exceeds expectations. Thank you Baileux team! We were very impressed with their high quality personal professionalism, advertising material and attention to detail. They got tenants in our rental quickly, smoothly and for a great price. And! the tenants they have attracted are lovely! Couldn’t be more pleased with this outcome.

Fantastic experience: Ben and the team at Bailieux have been amazing to work with! They have assisted us to source long-term housing and advocate for our company and clients. We are very appreciative of their timely responses and seamless processes.

Fantastic experience: Very͏ Professional and Stress Free Experience Thanks Ben, a very easy and professional property transaction. Would highly recommend Ben for all property purchasing or sale requirements. Fantastic property management. This is our second property managed by Baileux. Always great service for both us and the tenant with good communication. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Baileux... Great Service. We would recommend Ben MOLINEUX, BAILEUX Real Estate Agency. After weeks of private researching of the market, we decided on a number of options for our 2nd investment property to be in Mackay. We made contact with the various Real Estate agents and locked in viewings over the course of 2 days. We were to travel from Brisbane to Mackay and only had 3 days. After a number of viewings with other Agents, we met with Ben who showed us one of our identified prospects. At this point I must add that all prior communication was from my Husband who cannot speak so all was via email and text. During that process Ben was quick with his replies and answered any queries asked. Ben was engaging during the viewing, providing a wealth of information on the property and answering all questions we had. Ben made the negotiation process seamless and with a hand shake an agreement was made on sale and all conditions negotiated. Ben stated that his handshake is his binding word. We stated that we would like the quickest possible settlement date as finance was not an issue. Ben ensured all legal requirements necessitating the quick settlement were forwarded to our solicitor. From that moment through to our settlement date, Ben was available at all times to answer any further questions. We were so impressed with the relationship that was built, we asked Ben to be the Property Manager for our investment.

Positive experience: Thanks Ben for working with me to come up with a sales plan that suited my needs and despite some issues with initial buyers , you got me the result in the end !

Fantastic experience: Motivated͏ and Professional Baileux did a great job researching and identifying the pros of the property and detailing them on the web to buyers. Understood my expectations well. Were quick to respond to any requests and motivated to make a sale. Great work!

Fantastic experience: Highly͏ recommend! From the get go Ben and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. I’m in Victoria and purchased in Queensland so initially the idea felt daunting but Ben was so proactive with getting everything sorted for me, from assisting with the sale, communicating with the seller, recommending a vetted conveyancer and inspector, photoshoot, finding perfect tenants, cleaners and more! I’m so grateful for the exceptional communication and service that has made this whole process smooth and stress free, allowing me to focus on all the excitement of owning a house! Thank you Ben, Danielle and the rest of the team at Baileux, I couldn’t have done this without you.

Fantastic experience: Thankyou؜ to Danielle and the team at Baileux Baileux was very informative giving us all the information we could need and more. They were outstanding with helping us. Through the whole process they were working there magic to find us a property with great success.

Fantastic experience: Benjamin and the team at Baileux property are exceptional at what they do! The knowledge, professionalism and most importantly, the integrity the team displays is second to none. They will go over and beyond, and do so with a smile on their faces. My family and I entrust the Baileux team to manage our properties (and they have recently helped my sister acquire a property in North Mackay too). We highly recommend them for your property sale and/or property management.

Fantastic experience: A؜ pleasure to work with :-) We chose Baileux over other Property Management groups not just because they offered a great deal, they were passionate about their business and professional in their approach and delivery of information. I spoke initially with director Benjamin Molineux who inspired confidence. We have been with them for several months now. Our property manager Danielle Riley has been brilliant, securing a very respectable rent and tenants for us. Highly recommend Baileux.

Fantastic experience: Great؜ property management team Ben and Danielle have been great to deal with. Communication was prompt and process was painlesss. They are friendly and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Baileux Real Estate and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Absolutely recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: Baileux is as excellent leasing and sales agency. Ben and Baileux handled my rental property for 4 years. It was always fully tenanted (with good tenants), and any issues were dealt with transparently and with good notice. I then sold the property with Ben and the team worked incredibly hard to secure a great, motivated buyer with minimal time on market, and left vendor and buyer very satisfied with the process and quick time to settle. Thoroughly recommended and great work again!

Fantastic experience: I appointed Baileux as our managing agent some years ago. I am pleased with their service to date

Fantastic experience: Thanks Ben and the Baileux team. Thank you for your valued service. Calls are always returned and there’s always an answer to any questions I may have.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t ask for a better rental agency they have been nothing but outstanding and very professional

Fantastic experience: Massive shout out to Ben and the Team, Thank you for making the house-hunting process smooth and hassle-free. Giving me a complete breakdown of the area and potential growth is excatly what I needed. I will definitely be going with Baileux when making future purchases.

Fantastic experience: The team go above and beyond to provide the most accurate information regarding your property to give the best result for you

Fantastic experience: best realestate in Mackay

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough about the experience we have had with Ben and his team. We first came across Ben and his wife at an open home. They made a great impression and despite not buying from them we had no hesitation in making contact when we wanted to sell a duplex we owned. A fairly complex process of signing over the rental management was simple and straight forward. The rental reporting far exceeded what had got from the incumbent. The sales process was too good to be true. Ben listed at a price 10% higher than we were anticipating. On the first day of listing he had an offer at the asking price. Within 4 weeks we had settled at the full price. The after sales service has been excellent and we are very pleased. Big thanks to everybody at Baileux.

Fantastic experience: Amazing؜ service!! I recently bought an investment property through another agency which I didn't feel comfortable using as a leasing agent. I contacted Baileux and Ben got back me immediately to take my property on. Then Danielle was able to find a tenant immediately too and it landed on my actual settlement day! I couldn't believe the turn around and service. Highly recommend. Cheers, Travis

Fantastic experience: Excellence Thanks͏ to Ben and the Baileux Team for achieving a great result in the sale of my investment property in Blacks Beach. Ben was successful in finding a buyer for the property in just a matter of a few days of going to market. He was there to provide answers to any queries that I had and provided significant guidance when I had doubts. Always approachable and service with a cheerful attitude. I would highly recommend Ben to any prospective property seller. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service I have been dealing with Danielle and she has been great! We had a few issues with getting inspection times organised (at no fault of the real estate), but Danielle was super responsive with any questions I had, and very easy to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Great Agency! We’ve been renting through Baileux for years and cannot fault them. Ben and his team go above and beyond, ensuring everything goes smoothly. They have helped us out many of times over the years and continue to do so. We’re glad to be with a realestate agency that cares!

Positive experience: REASSURANCE So much gratitude to Ben & his Wife Jenny for their patience, reassurance & support during the Sale of my piece of Paradise. Ben took the reins & without hesitation his Passion kicked in. He kept me up to speed with the progress at all times. Without a doubt, I am happy to highly reccomend Ben & his Team at Baileux Real Estate. Thank you for all you have achieved for me.

Fantastic experience: The Best Out There We recently switched our properties in Mackay from Gardian to Baileux and it was the best decision we have ever made. From market knowledge to communication Baileux has been nothing short of amazing. Can’t say enough good things about Baileux and the service they provide. Do yourself a favour let Baileux look after your property you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Leave all the hassle to Ben! ;) I don’t think there are words to describe how wonderful it is to have Ben in your life! Ben approached me several years ago to manage my property ( as I had been doing this myself ) and let me tell you what a difference it made leaving it all to Ben. Ben manages a property as if it was his own. He always had tenants lined up and ready to move in BEFORE the previous ones had even moved out. Inspections where always carried out on time and any maintenance or issues quickly addressed. He always gave excellent professional advice when I had questions be it renting or selling and I always felt he truly had my best interests in mind. Ben is easy to negotiate with. Honestly he gets to know you so well he will bring you all the facts and options already knowing your answer. I got so used to this my answers usually where “whatever you think is best Ben” - this is how much trust you can put in Ben. Whilst I may not be in Mackay anymore I would find it so difficult not to use Ben for future rental properties no matter where they were! Thank you for all you have done for me Ben!! You are a rarity!

Positive experience: Very helpful Very proactive in finding us a property that got our needs. Very easy to work with and very quick to reply to our questions.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Ben and the Team at Baileux, we were successfully able to rent out our house within a week of listing it. They have been absolutely awesome and we will continue doing business with Baileux for a long time to come!

Fantastic experience: Ben and the team at Baileux have been fantastic agents to deal with throughout my tenancy. They were always available to address any issues that arose, and with such a friendly and positive attitude. Would not hesitate to rent through Baileux in the future!

Fantastic experience: Ben is a great property manager who is always happy to help you out, always on time and has great communication.

Fantastic experience: We rent through Baileux and have always been very impressed and appreciative of the personal touch provided by Benjamin and the team. We highly recommend using them for all real estate matters.

Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with Baileux and Ben as the managing agent for my property in MacKay. After some disastrous experiences with other agents in the area, one where my property was vacant for months and another where unauthorised action resulted in over $14,000 in damages at my cost. The team at Baileux stepped in to oversee the return of the property to a rentable state and has found great long-term tenants. In all the years Baileux has been managing the property, I have only had one change of tenants for amicable reasons. When this occurred, the Baileux team had a new tenant lined up and ready to move in before the old tenant moved out, resulting in less than a week in lost rental. Ben and the Baileux team treat my property like it is their own and are always available to assist with any issue large or small. Based on my experience with Baileux and other managing agents in MacKay, I could not recommend Ben and the team more highly.

Fantastic experience: Very professional!! I am currently overseas and needed my property rented out.. I was recommended Baileux, got in contact with Benjamin and since then I havnt had to worry about the property. Very professional.. exactly what i needed to take control of my house.

Fantastic experience: Great experience From the house viewing to signing of the lease Benjamin kept me up to date with the process and informed me immediately of the outcome of my application. He was informative and willing to rush to suit my time schedule. Overall a pleasant experience and I look forward to working with him throughout my lease.

Fantastic experience: Recommend Highly. We found Benjamin to be very helpful. He answered our phone calls, made viewings of the property possible and negotiated with the owner on our behalf. He was always pleasant and professional and went out of his way to answer any questions we had in relation to the property.

Fantastic experience: What you see is what you get, a straight forward no hassle approach and very keen to help with all your needs. I met Ben And Jen 5 years ago through a chance meeting looking for a house for my little family, now I consider them good friends! I highly recommend there services like I said quality and efficiency assured.

Fantastic experience: Benjamin and his team are a pleasure to deal with. They are very personable and genuine, trustworthy in their advice, and dedicated to making our rental property experience hassle-free. No issue is too big or too small and they are always prompt with their communication. Highly recommend Baileux!

Fantastic experience: Great team, always willing to go above and beyond for your specific requirements.
