Acton | Belle Property South West (Bunbury)

Fantastic experience: Mandi is friendly, genuine and knows her stuff. She made the process of buying in an unfamiliar area super easy with great local knowledge and understanding of my buying needs. I would highly recommend Mandi to anyone, there was not a single question I had that she could not answer.

Fantastic experience: We bought our first home in Australia through Mandi, and as new arrivals from the UK we had absolutely no idea what we were doing. She guided us through every step of it. She was one of the first people we spoke to after landing here, and she answered every question we threw at her — no matter how basic — with patience and good humour. Mandi was friendly, professional and genuinely funny, which made a stressful process a lot easier. Her local knowledge was invaluable: tradesmen, pool servicing, where to get paint and decorating gear at the best price — all the things you don't know you need to ask about until you're standing in an empty house. Technically she was the seller's agent, not ours, but you'd never have known it from how much time she gave us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I recently relocated to the Bunbury area and Mandi helped me purchase my new home. Her proactive, positive, friendly and honest communications style was very helpful and reassuring as I made the move. I found Mandi to be professional, knowledgeable, conscientious and thorough in all aspects of the home purchasing process. I can happily recommend Mandi Willcocks to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent in the Bunbury area.

Fantastic experience: Mandy assisted us with the sale of our investment property. She worked hard and in less than ideal conditions with our tenant still in place negotiated viewing times with the tenant and buyers and achieved a result we were happy with. Her communication throughout the process was great.

Negative experience: Attempted to have a conversation with Louise who was incredibly rude, abrupt & kept cutting me off. Absolutely disgusting service & extremely disappointing given the reason for the nature of call. Thank you for making my day that little bit harder than it already was. A little compassion & kindness goes a long way!

Fantastic experience: We recently sold our Mums home in Bunbury through Mandi Willcocks from Acton Belle - the whole process was seamless - she was sensative to our situation and everything happened in a timely manner - I would highly recommend her

Fantastic experience: Mandi was absolutely fantastic as my agent, I feel like she went above and beyond to help me get the best outcome. She was very knowledgeable of the market and her communication with me was exceptional, always kept me well informed of how things were going. She was so professional but also very friendly and easy to relate to. I would highly recommend Mandi.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and prompt service, good communication and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: From our very first discussion, it was clear Andrew was invested in supporting us through the sale process. His communication and ability to canvas prospective buyer pools was excellent, resulting in us feeling confident in our decision when we decided to move forward with his appraisal. Andrew went above and beyond to put us in touch with trades when items required addressing and seemed to have sound knowledge of the area. We really enjoyed working with Andrew and would recommend Acton Belle to anyone looking to sell their home based on our experience.

Fantastic experience: Mandi was an amazing help in helping us through the purchase of our first home. She is knowledgeable, prompt, and was always a supportive friendly face on the other end of the phone if needed. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Mandi selling our property was a great decision. She was so efficient and really easy to communicate with. She kept us well informed of everything thing that was happening. In fact we didn’t do anything she made it all happen. We are very grateful we found her. I would absolutely recommend her. Great person and thankyou.

Fantastic experience: Our agent Vanessa was amazing. Her energy and positive attitude stood out to us and it never waned. Vanessa worked extremely hard for us and we could not be more happier with her professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Mandi ! From the very first conversation through to the successful sale of my investment property, she was outstanding. Mandi was professional, proactive, and incredibly easy to deal with. Her communication was excellent, she kept me informed at every stage, and her knowledge of the market really showed. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and the result exceeded my expectations with the house selling in 3 days for an amount way above what I was hoping for . I would highly recommend Mandi to anyone looking to buy or sell. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again and will absolutely be referring friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Mandi was highly professional. I would love to deal with her again.

Fantastic experience: We have both bought and sold through Cecily Robertson at Acton Belle Bunbury recently. Cecily's service in both cases was exactly what we needed. Her ability to understand what potential purchasers want allows her to tailor the marketing for each individual. She also keeps an extensive list of purchasers ready for when a property comes to market.

Negative experience: A disappointing process while trying to purchase a property Cecily will talk but never listen, near on impossible to deal with as she starts believing her own sales BS She was condescending & wouldn’t take our cash offer After contacting the owners of Belle we dealt with Mandi who processed our offer & within 24hrs was accepted My advice to Belle is to stop telling us how busy/good you are and start listening to your clients

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with Acton Belle was very disappointing. The real estate agent I dealt with was unprofessional and even argued with me during the process. I wasn’t properly informed at key stages, which made the entire experience stressful and frustrating. Overall, it was an awful experience, and I genuinely hope they improve their communication and professionalism for future clients. At this stage I HIGHLY suggest DO NOT use them.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the absolute star, Mandi! You sold our house in record speed with very little hassle or stress for us. You are an extremely hard worker, dedicated and passionate. Thank you for everything!!

Fantastic experience: Louise and Cecily are absolutely amazing people - this shines through their work and their ethics. I would highly recommend using Acton and asking for either of these ladies to assist you with rentals or purchasing. Apart from being beautiful people, so kind and caring, they are both extremely knowledgeable, very professional, organised. They are miles ahead of other agencies I have dealt with in the past!

Fantastic experience: Early 2024 we listed our rural-lifestyle property in Wellington Mill. Vanessa Schefe and Pater Johnston were the consultants attending to the marketing. We withdrew our property from the market for personal reasons. Just recently we sold our property via a private negotiation to friends well acquainted with both Jane and I, and of course our property. Now the sale is finalised, Jane and I feel compelled to express our gratitude to both Vanessa and Peter, however more specifically to Vanessa, as she was the key person who maintained contact with us over the last two or more years. We were extremely impressed by the extensive marketing effort, introduction of prospective purchasers, and so importantly the terrific extent of communication during the marketing period, and after we withdrew from the sale effort. VANESSA EVEN DROPPED OVER TO PERSONALLY WISH US WELL after our recent sale was concluded. A very big thank you from Jane and I.

Fantastic experience: It was an absolute pleasure working with Mandi who made our home journey seamless. She immediately made us feel comfortable with her friendly demeanour. She was such a good negotiator that we’re able to secure the property at a good price. Communication was a breeze, as she was very responsive to all our queries regarding the property. Couldn’t be happier for our purchase.

Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure to work with Vanessa she made the the whole process of selling our home very easy. She knew the area very well, she understood our needs and advised us through every decision we needed to make, to keep the process running smoothly and professionally. We felt very comfortable with her and knew we were in good hands. We did stress at times but Vanessa could talk through our worries/concerns. She went out of her way to make our journey through out as painless as possible, and got us a price we were happy with. We would highly recommend her as your agent.

Fantastic experience: Mandi was very knowledgeable, hard working and confident which made the experience smooth and stress free.

Fantastic experience: Mandi and her team at Acton Belle Property have yet again done a fantastic job in selling one of our properties. Highly professional, no fuss and extremely prompt in sealing the deal. Couldn’t be happier. Don’t see how anyone could have done better. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to work with Andrew both as a buyer and seller, and can recommend him as genuine, honest and a good communicator.

Fantastic experience: My elderly parents needed to sell their property and Mandi could not have been more patient, kind and helpful. Mandi got the job done in a timely manner and showed care every step of the way. We are so grateful for all the time she gave our family and for going above and beyond. Mandi is honest, knowledgeable and has great integrity. Forever thankful.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed working with Andrew. He is a genuine, and honest agent - a rarity! After meeting him as a prospective buyer we immediately felt so comfortable, we decided to entrust him with the sale of our property without looking into other agents. He delivered a quick sale, within his estimated valuation and offered great support throughout. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Mandii was fantastic throughout our purchase - thanks!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic assistance communication and support from start to finish and beyond. Thanks again team!

Fantastic experience: Prior to commencing my rural property sale ‘journey’, I had a recommendation for Acton Bunbury from a neighbor who spoke very highly of Peter Johnston, and I wasn’t disappointed. I soon realized regulations around rural properties are far more complex and rigorous than your average suburban ¼ acre block, but Peter and his team’s communications and marketing strategy in my experience were second to none. Especially I found the regular Property Campaign Reports to be most informative (Campaign Performance, Timeline and Highlights). All subsequent queries with 'Acton’ were consistently dealt with in a very timely manner with Peter and his team always enthusiastic and very patient in assisting me to cross all my ‘T’s and dot all my ‘I’s. Peter eventually negotiated a price I was more than happy to accept, and I would therefore have no problem recommending 'Acton Bunbury' to friends or family looking for professional and honest guidance through the process of property acquisition or sale.

Fantastic experience: We recently had the pleasure of working with both Mandi and Cecily with the sale of one of our investment houses in Bunbury. They made the whole process so easy and simple. Both so very helpful and supportive the whole way through. Amazing communication keeping us updated and informed. Thankyou so much for everything you did! We truely appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mandi to purchase our home recently, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her expertise and dedication. From start to finish Mandi was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Mandi went above and beyond every step of the way, advocating for us, anticipating potential hurdles, and ensuring the entire process ran as smoothly as possible. We cannot recommend Mandi highly enough.

Fantastic experience: This review is for our realtor Andrew Corner. As a family, we really appreciate Andrew’s expertise in helping us achieve our family goal of selling our house. His selling strategy was thoughtfully tailored to our goal and his approach to our questions, concerns, and requests was respectful, professional and more importantly, personal. We would be more than happy to work with Andrew again in future.

Negative experience: Not only was mandi useless she was also rude. Purchased my first property through her and she was constantly reminding me of how many other people she was dealing with and I was not at all a priority.

Fantastic experience: Dean and I have been absolutely blown away by the service provided by Cecily in our recent property purchase. From our first interaction through to settlement, we experienced nothing but professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care. The entire process was seamless thanks to her constant guidance, and we felt supported every step of the way. We’re truly grateful to Cecily for making what can often be a stressful time feel easy and well-managed. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Positive experience: We dealt with many of the property managers over a long period of time, through renting out a property. There were many problems to overcome, and a lot of stressful situations. The property managers came and went but one stood out it was Rachelle Oversby. She was very, very good !! We sent her an email of appreciation but she... did not reply. The house was sold and the final payment came through.... No good bye, or 'thank very much' after a long association. We were happy with the service most of the time with Acton South West.

Fantastic experience: Acton staff went above and beyond with helping us to secure a rental property while we were relocating interstate. They were willing to help in any way possible to make our move easier

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner were very happy with the whole process in buying our first home. We dealt with Venessa Schefe, throughout the time of when we first reached out to her to come and have a look at the property all the way up until we had moved in she was very helpful in guiding us in the right direction. We never once felt pushed into making any decisions we were unsure on she took the time and effort to make it so much simpler and easy to understand. We would highly recommend Acton and Venessa to any home buyer.

Positive experience: Friendly attentive people. Tandra attended to me immediately and got our business matters settled to mutual satisfaction!

Fantastic experience: I wish to counter the below review by my sister with my own experiences. The realtor we dealt with was extremely professional and capable. While there were some hiccups, as mentioned in the other review, the issues were dealt with promptly, and with apologies. The realtor was extremely communicative, in contact with us after hours while he was dealing with the issues personally. It appeared that there was miscommunication between himself and the team in the office, and some technical difficulties and that was how the issues arose. They were resolved within 24 hours and ultimately did not impact the sale or promotion of our property. Regarding the social media issue mentioned, we did approve Facebook promotion in our initial meeting regarding the marketing of our property, but we said that we would discuss it down the track and go down that path if we felt the advertising needed a boost. While it is true we were not aware that the ads had in fact ran, I feel that it was such a minor issue and ultimately our property sold quickly and for more money than other local realtors had even suggested starting at. I've since had it explained to me that as each realtor runs their own Facebook page, and the advertising for our property was done from this area-specific Acton page, the realtor must link their own bank account to the page for advertising funds. They are then reimbursed by the company once the property is sold and the accounts settled. Therefore, it makes sense that we were refunded the money from his personal account. In my opinion, our realtor is used to being trusted to do his job without such scrutiny, and made decisions drawing on his years of experience in the industry. A decision, which possibly led to the sale of our property. Hardly worth squabbling over a $50 fee for! I would not hesitate to recommend Acton to anyone interested in selling their property in the South West.

Fantastic experience: Great to deal with and communicate with tenant effectively and clearly. Professional company with great service (Rental)

Fantastic experience: We attempted to sell our property multiple times through another agent with no luck. We recently engaged Jackie McVee for the renowned ACTON 'Express 28 Day Sale', in the hope our property would finally sell. Jackie provided valuable insight into how our property should be staged, organised professional photos including a drone to showcase our location, scheduled and committed to multiple home opens every week, and even made sure our home opens coincided with other agents in the street to give our property maximum exposure. But that is just the baseline of Jackie's ability as an agent. To say she has gone above and beyond is an understatement. Jackie also assisted us to troubleshoot repair and maintenance issues, coordinated access for trades, and remained on call for what seemed like 24/7. Through Jackie's clever marketing, we had countless people turn up to the home opens, it actually felt surreal at the time. Just like that, 21 days into our 28 day sale, we signed a buyer! Jackie McVee - you're a bloody legend!

Positive experience: Great real estate very easy to get a hold of sorts out maintenance issues effectively very happy with the way everything is renting with Acton
