Negative experience: Worst realestate ever to rent from. Took 2 months to send end of lease report. Still waiting for the bond release.Are discussing this with the bond administrator.

Negative experience: Jacob, Director at Harcourts APG real estate Bunbury made unsolicited contact via text message with phone number gleaned from online database. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour and is not appreciated. I have had nothing to do with this firm previously and do not wish to have anything to do with them in future as a result of these actions. Please cease this business practice. Unfortunately, this review was responded to by Jake at Harcourts APG Real Estate Bunbury attempting to send a voucher in exchange for deleting this review and accusing me of defamation and slander. Attempted bribery is not an action taken by an ethical business and as a result of this, my opinion the ethics of this business has sunk further in the last 24 hours.

Negative experience: I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Harcourts Bundaberg, and it was an absolute nightmare. Their service is incredibly unprofessional and lacks any semblance of competence. The company engages in illegal practices that are totally unacceptable. They cut corners, ignore regulations, and put their clients at risk. It's shocking to see such blatant disregard for the law. Delays are the norm with Harcourts Bundaberg. Whether it's responding to inquiries, addressing issues, or completing tasks, they consistently fail to meet deadlines and keep you waiting indefinitely. It's a frustrating and exhausting process dealing with such inefficiency. Moreover, their lack of responsiveness is appalling. Trying to get in touch with them is like pulling teeth - they ignore calls, emails, and messages, leaving you feeling helpless and ignored. Overall, I strongly advise against using Harcourts Bundaberg for any property management needs. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company that values professionalism, ethics, and customer service.

Negative experience: They are unprofessional; there is always an excuse as to why they don’t promptly provide you with an update or information. I had to deal with four different people over three months. They promised to secure a tenant quickly and have people on their books, but it took them two months. They lack structure; they provide information via email, some verbally, and some via WhatsApp all over the shop. I have dealt with property management teams over the years; they are the worst by far! When you provide feedback, they take it personally and say things why you don't like me! As a property owner, you need someone structured and in your corner; they caused me a lot of stress and headache as they can't even follow the law and the contract requirements! As a property owner from a different state, the experience has been painful!

Fantastic experience: I have used Harcourts Bunbury to manage my property in Carey Park for the past 9 years. In that time I have only had 2 tennants. They are very prompt at getting things fixed, and assisting with general maintenance when required. They have helped me manage a tenant when they struggled to pay their rent. Managing to find a good outcome from that situation. Over the years there has been a renovation and subsequently higher rental returns. Harcourt have also kept me up to date with rental market increases. I have been so happy with their services, so have never wanted to move to a different management agency. I have just sold the property and want to thank the team for all their assistance over the years. I live in a different state and it has made owning an investment property very easy. Paige NT

Negative experience: We had Helena Wittle from Harcourts Bunbury managed our property and our experience was very dissapointing. Helena never followed thru on the property condition report. We were charged for Air con quotes not approved .The tennant was allowed to install a dishwasher and paint the kithcen without our approval. Gardens were never watered and maintined sensor light was broken by the tenant. Most importantly the tennant signed a 12 month lease and Helena from Harcourts allowed the tenant to leave just on 2 months after we paid for additional work. Helena from Harcourts gave the bond back in full without our approval. We also flew back from Brisbane for a meetingwith Helana which had been pre-arranged to which Helana never showed up. Helena was asked from the start to make sure the tenant was happy with the house as it was 100 years old, and we were ensured that the tenant was happy with the house. The tenanat had been heard disparaging the property on many occassions before taking on the lease and we had told Helena of our misgivings but were assured that the tenant loves the property. Would not recomend using Harcourts to manage any property as the rental income is never correct every month. It is frustrating they get paid first and what evers left you get paid not enought to cover the mortgage. When questioned Helena became quite rude via phone and email. The owner Richard from Harcourts is also not interested in sorting this out they are more worried about themselves not your property . Not even worth 1 star

Fantastic experience: Personally I've been renting from HC Bunbury for over 5 years. The experience I have had has been 100 per cent fantastic. Staff are very patient and understanding. I have had to move due to owner of the property needing to do renovations and HC Bunbury had another place lined up in my budget prior to even me knowing about the renovations my agent Helana at the time Was Amazing understanding and went above and beyond for me. My new agent has help me when changeing of jobs and through covid. Karen, has talked and worked with me to be able to get through these tough times, I feel safe in having a roof over my head. Today Friday the 2nd of the 9th. I locked myself out. HC Bunbury went above and beyond again, The Owner of HC Bunbury came Personally due to unlock my door, Financially i couldn't afford a lock smith or taxi to even collect spare keys. I cannot express my gratitude to the company and ill never rent through anyone els. I stand by my review... to this day and I'll still continue to stand with my real estate no rent rise this year no problem with just living in a home provided by HC.

Negative experience: Absolutely useless, inspectors have no respect and don't know how to lock doors after leaving the house. No communication or concern for their tenants.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Do not accept bank deposits or eftpos payments. Will only accept bank cheques and money order knowing fully well that they cost additional monies. Not as modern and forward moving as they say.....company policy is making them be in the dark ages. Not even worth the 1 star rating....sadly there was no zero stars.

This is a courtesy message to let you know that this property has now been rented so we're cancelling the viewing. Negative experience: Rental: We are renting a house through Harcourts and I have never dealt with such an uncommunitive business in my life. My partner and I are excellent tennants, the house is kept in pretty good condition yet having to deal with this real estate has been a nightmare. Random men have come knocking on the door claiming to do work on the house etc and we haven't been told about it, ring Harcourts and they 'forgot' to advise us of this yet expect us to co-operate and negotiate a time with the contractors. Rental inspection times and days CONSTANTLY being changed at the last minute after we have booked the days off work to be home and been waiting around the house for 6-7 hours etc. The wrong letters with the wrong information have been sent to us on numerous occassions. Poor customer service over all and NO communication what so ever. I would never purchase a house through this company nor will we ever rent again through them. Not happy!
