Fantastic experience: One Agency staff made the search , application and eventual move in process so much easier than I thought it would be. I haven't rented in years and was expecting far more red tape and hurdles. They really made the whole process easy. once I'd moved in they continued to assist with small issues here and there. Great agency to deal with.

Negative experience: I never leave reviews but this warrants one. The most unprofessional experience applying for a commercial lease ever. Saw the agent show other clients through for inspections when they had told me it wasn't available to inspect yet. They could not tell me the cost of outgoings, how big the space was or how much the rent was - was told to list "as much as I can afford" for the bond deposit on the application form. I ended up renting through First Nationals & had an absolutely wonderful experience.

Negative experience: Started with Shanti Page at One Agency with a wonderful positive experience. She decided to leave this agency and Tony Rich took over. I was left in the dark for more than a week and found Tony had no energy and not excited about selling the house at all. I decided to leave and with that came with the most unprofessional spray from him that ive ever encountered. I would really recommend staying away from One Agency and especially Tony Rich.

Fantastic experience: The support, friendly, down to earth communication and total professionalism of Shanti Page are second to none. Her market knowledge and assessment and implementation of appropriate marketing strategies is outstanding. Her ability to match strategies to properties to ensure the best possible outcome is exceptional.

Negative experience: As a buyer, I certainly don't recommend selling with this Agency, especially not Tony. 3+ days into trying to get a price guide on a property we're interested in, multiple phone calls and emails and we still haven't heard a thing back, haven't been able to speak to this selling agent Tony at all, no mobile number available and obviously doesn't respond to messages left at the office, despite a receptionist telling us he was in the office at least one of the times we called. I usually don't go to the effort of leaving reviews but I honestly feel sorry for the seller, if I was selling a house I'd be horrified to find out that my agent is flat out ignoring potential buyers. I've dealt with a lot of agents over the years, most times all they have to do is be contact able and the houses will sell themselves, this agent can't even manage that. Embarrassing

Negative experience: Will not recommend Tony from Oneagency eastlakes. Most arrogant salesperson!!! No respect for clients. Didn’t return calls, didn’t even provide his phone number, refuse to help in price guide, wouldn’t give section 32. Openly told us he didn’t want to sell to us but instead to his developer!!! And told us he didn’t like us!!! What kind of salesperson is that!!! We’ve been buying & selling houses for 10 yrs & never had an experience like that!!!

Fantastic experience: Authentic and trustworthy Advice I recently bought a house through Shanti Page and my experience in dealing with Shanti was second to none, she was extremely helpful along the process, Shanti shows her true integrity as she never stopped communicating and supporting us along the journey, especially after the deal was done. Most Agents will not put the effort in after the property was exchanged but Shanti was able to manage the requests i was making of the vendor right up until settlement. The entire time i knew Shanti was working to get the vendor the best price however she supported me through the entire process, she rang me each night during the negotiation and ensured both parties were extremely happy with the end result. i would strongly recommend Shanti to anyone who wants a passionate, hardworking, authentic and honest operator to sell their home,

Negative experience: Firstly I am the owner of Professionals Ibbett Partners Charmhaven and we are relocating to Swansea in July 2020. We have applied to rent commercial premises from one agency and they do not return calls or recognize our application. They obviously feel threatened by new competition with Ray White also setting up in Swansea and see us as another threat. What I would say is "If you are looking for a great service call Ray White - Troy McLennan or Professionals Ibbett Partners NOW IN SWANSEA! We return phone calls and are always fair to EVERYONE.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY They are the rudest and most intrusive people I have had to deal with in regards to renting ever. After renting for many years in several locations this agency and its staff are the worst I have experienced. Every 3 to 4 months they insisted on inspecting the property ! I had a professional cleaner and a lawn mowing service to keep the place tidy but that was not enough. Upon moving out they recommended a carpet cleaning service who showed up 2 hours late and then informed me that they could not do the flea treatment as requested when I booked the service. Now One Agency wants to charge another $220 for a flea treatment, (my dog does not have fleas) and is yet to provide a receipt for the service ?? Each time I have been to the office the staff have been rude, kept me waiting and hostile. Once again DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY
