Fantastic experience: Fantastic choice. From the 1st time I met Karl, I felt at ease and comfortable with him and the knowledge he shared throughout the whole buying process, was so helpful, to the point where he lead me to the right people I need to know like solicitors, pest and building expector etc. Luckily for me, I fell in love with the 1st home I saw and did not need to look any further. Fantastic experience: A seamless sale. We presented Karl with a property tenanted until October, that we wanted to sell, so we were unsure if a sale would be possible. Karl developed a three phase plan for us to achieve a sale, we really believed we would have to wait until the lease ended. However, Karl sold the property off market within two weeks, for a higher price than we expected, and with he tenant in place. We wouldn't have asked for more, the process was seamless, communication between parties was amazing and all expectations were exceeded.

Fantastic experience: Great team to work with, prompt communication and very helpful. Karl and his team were great when I bought my property from them. I had so many questions and they'll always help me. Being an interstate buyer, it would have never been possible without their team's support to secure the property. I had multiple conversations with him and his team and they were always available to answer.
